excellent position. lovely apartment and verandah

the keys to the garage parking probably need new batteries. I rang the number offered. the owner spoke to me like I was an idiot. and said I own that apartment and the keys work. I literally had to show him that I can get in the side gate but I can’t get the car in the garage area as the key to open it was not working. he just said park in the commercial area which was not ideal. even when I said there is a sign that says don’t do that he said to ignore it. I didn’t even know where the garages where I had to ring the office to find them as well. the TV in the main bedroom was not working and I didn’t dare call about that after what was said before.

Cleanliness.. floor was very dirty especially veranda

The lounge was very uncomfortable which was the only negative.

The property was not very clean. The floors and table/kitchen bench/coffee table were not very clean. There were marks on the surfaces on our arrival.

great location. highly accessible. very comfortable. close to all ammenities. very comfortable beds. secure property with secure parking. top end executive apartment. great pool. highly recommend

guest checkin could have included clearer information including the location of the allocated parking. the tower the apartment was in and the wifi password for example. all questions were quickly and easily supplied by the host when asked. highly convenient and central location also comes with some road noise which is ever present when using outdoor areas but not intrusive when closed inside the apartment.

The cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. There were someone else's tampon packets in the draw, pubic hair in the ensuite shower and my feet were so filthy from walking around inside the house for 20 minutes. There is nothing about this apartment that has actually been cleaned. Your cleaner should be fired. More than happy to provide pictures of our experience.
