We booked the suite, and it was spacious, with a nice balcony to sit on after a long day. The beach is in walking distance, also the Carmel Market. The suite was very clean and even had a double shower. On the rooftop is a nice pool area to chill out. Nabav and Reut were very helpful with our luggage on checkout day. The area the Mayer House is located in is very lively with lots of bars and restaurants and lots of people in the streets in the evening hours.

Most of the offered services are subcontracting Pool on roof top doesn’t belong to hotel Roof top restaurant is very nice but very difficult to get a table Laundry service impossible from Friday to Monday (due to Shabbat and Sunday off) Depsite all staff efforts, we were disappointed, TOTALY OVER RATED

Amazing location, lovely rooms and nice rooftop pool

A little noisy and lack of security. The pool is small and not many daybeds. Staff don’t check who uses the pool so lots of locals go there and use all the chairs.

The staff are amazing, especially Nadav at the front desk and the hotel manager Sonya! The pool was also incredible, especially for the middle of the city.

Great location, wonderful cafe at the hotel and a beautiful rooftop bar. Location is a five minute walk from the beach.

Everything was good, room is small but very comfortable and quiet, despite facing a busy street.

The room size is very small, considering the price. The difference between the studio balcony and the deluxe balcony is that in the studio room, you have a concrete pillar in the center of the room !! Yea... you heard me right. They charge an extra 40% for the deluxe just for not having this concrete pillar...absurd. Also, the balcony is not big enough for 2 average size people.

We liked a lot the staff friendiness, Nadav and Sonia were great ☺️☺️☺️ (Thank you!) the great location, close to bars & restaurants and the bus stop, the rooftop restaurant & the breakfast at the Mayer Caffe. We will definetely come again!

As the location is on one of the main streets, it was a bit noisy. For a family with one child, the room/bathroom a bit small, but the room was always very clean and nicely arranged.
