The staff was nice

The location was definitely skeptical. And definitely needs a remodel. One of the coworkers in our group was in a wheelchair. The facility was not accessible for the disable. The only way to get to the front desk is walking up steps. The only way to get to the room was by stairs. Our room was on the top floor so we toted a wheel chair up 10 flights of stairs. There were people trying break into our room while we were trying to sleep. The outside noise was nonstop and extremely loud. There was no security. People were fighting in the halls. If I had another place to stay I would have jump at the chance without losing money.

Location perfect to move around by bus. Compared to neighbouring hotel prices, it's good value for money. Seems under new management and they are upgrading

It's getting the upgrading it needs so I suppose one should assess once the works are done

I don't like the staff in the reception.He doesn't know how to speak with the guest. The door of the room was damaged, and the fridge was also not working. The room was very dirty and the toilet seat was broken.

The location was convenient for my travel purposes.

The location is very noisy. The room wasn’t in a good condition, e.g. the toilet seat was broken. They didn’t know English, so the communication was very difficult, even for the basics.

I like the location because it is also near the Train station and at the same time there is a grocery store near the Hotel. The receptionist is accomodating as well.

I was not able to use their TV because there is no network but atleast they have Wifi for their clients.
