Belvilla hat mich acht Wochen lang mit der Rückzahlung hängen lassen. Ich habe mindestens 30 telefonische Anfragen gestellt und ebensoviele Emails versandt. Ich bin immer an jemanden anderen geraten. Man wird immer nur vertröstet und Vorgesetzte oder Buchungsabteilungen gibt es nicht. Hätte ich zum Schluss nicht Paypal eingeschaltet (gottseidank habe ich hierüber die Überweisung getätigt!) hätte ich einen Anwalt einschalten müssen. Ich kann nur jedem abraten bei Belvilla was zu buchen. Es war ein absoluter Nervenkrieg!

It was very close to all the amenities. The apartment looked sort of nice but very dysfunctional.

The stairs are truly a nightmare, extremely steep and high. I'm not even sure they are up to code. It is unbelievable that they're not mentioned in the posting. They are truly dangerous and absolutely an accessiblilty problem. There is also the matter of the windows. They transmit noise like they are fully open. So for people with kids and accessibility issues this place is an absolute NO. And if you want a good long sleep, look elsewhere. Finally the matter of paying 160€ for for sheets , towels and cleaning. And then they ask you to clean and take the sheets out. Also 9:30 check out time. It simply wasn't worth the price.
