La structure piscine, l'endroit était top, le personnel (coup de cœur pour Hakima à la restauration et Lorette à l'accueil), les animateurs également étaient top. C'est un endroit fabuleux en famille et surtout pour les enfants. HÔTEL très proche du centre, il y'a un parking juste à côté de l'hôtel (6euros pas jours). Le Burkini est accepté. C'est un très belle hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel à mon entourage et nous reviendrons.

Une personne à l'accueil à été très non-chalente, Erikanna, elle a eu une mauvaise attitude à mon égard et m'a donner plusieurs mauvaises informations. Heureusement, que l'établissement à fait le nécessaire pour corriger ce problème. Mais je trouve que cette personne n'est pas du tout accueillante à contrario de ces 2 autres collègues qui ont été très gentils et solaires. De plus, je trouve que le prix des snacks /boissons est un peu élevé. Et enfin, parfois le ménage était mal fait.

El bufete del desayuno era completo y había de todo

Hemos llegado a las 20:30h de la tarde y teníamos que dejar la habitación el día seguirte a las 11:00. El desayuno se sirve hasta las 9:30 de la mañana, hay que madrugar para ir al desayuno. El baño y la ducha estaba adentro la habitación y era incómodo porque no hay pared ni nada solo cristal y no hay intimidad. Hemos reservado una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama, al llegar Hemos encontrado con 4 camas individuales La habitación muy pequeña

Notre chambre était à l'écart de la piscine, bar... On était donc tranquilles. C'est un bel établissement très vert. On ne pourrait pas imaginer que l'on est en pleine ville. Les chambres sont originales du moins la partie "salle de bain". Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est bien copieux.

Le buffet du soir est moyen. Le parking sous terrain est un plus mais c'est plus un endroit prévu pour la blanchisserie, qui sert de débarras (canapés lit prêts à être jeté ?), les lits parapluies pour bébés disposés dans un coin... c'est limite, surtout pour le prix de 10€/jour. Un bracelet qui sert de clef pour la chambre, de moyen de paiement, de badge pour le parking... Qui fonctionne 2 fois sur 3. Dommage ça peut être pratique mais quand ça bugg ça ne l'est plus et qu'il faut RETOURNER à la réception où il y a souvent du monde et attendre.

Muy original, la cama cómoda y, aunque habíamos leído que se oía mucho a los vecinos de arriba, en nuestro caso no fue tanto. Había una puerta de cristal para separar el baño. La piscina y el mini-club fenomenal para los niños. El desayuno del buffet variado, estábamos en el último turno y a veces faltaba alguna cosa, pero enseguida lo reponían. El equipo de animación muy bien también.

Limitación de horarios para desayunar en tres turnos. No horario abierto.

Me gusto la habitación y la ubicación, muy cerca de Port Aventura como buscaba.

Demasiada cara la comida, no hay un buen menú para la cena.

Отель прям семейный, очень много детей. Находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от трех разных пляжей, хороший завтрак и ужин, красивая территория, большой бассейн с разнообразными горками для детей и взрослых. Комнаты современные, все свежее. Отдельное спасибо Екатерине на ресепшене, она говорит по-русски, очень приятная девушка. На баре девочки тоже говорят по-русски.

На выходные много приезжает людей, занимают лежаки и уходят на целый день. Вечером около бара невозможно сидеть, курят со всех сторон. Анимация странная и только на испанском. В комнаты не ставят питьевую воду, бокалов даже пластмассовых в комнатах нет. Нету никакой сушилки, европейцы натягивают веревки между пальмами, что конечно же портит весь вид. Стеклянная душевая и дверь в туалет, тоже на любителя.

Wij zijn niet snel ontevreden, maar over deze accommodatie waren we echt teleurgesteld. Misschien omdat het midden in Salou is hadden we er niet te veel van moeten verwachten. We hebben het geboekt omdat het goed beoordeeld was, echter kunnen wij ons hier absoluut niet in vinden.

Wij kwamen aan op de kamer, de kamer was nog vies van de vorige gasten. Overvolle prullenbak met luiers erin, de toilet deur die niet dicht kon wat betekende dat je naar het toilet moest met de deur open. Beschimmelde prullenbak en toiletborstel, hele harde muziek omdat de kamer zo gehorig was. Spullen in de kamer die stuk waren, de deur naar buiten kon onze 2 jarige zoontje zo open maken, dus ook zeker niet veilig. Uiteraard een melding van gemaakt, de stelde wel nog een andere kamer voor maar we verbleven gelukkig maar 1 nacht. In de ochtend deed de koffiemachine het ook niet, gebeld maar ze konden niks voor ons doen. Bij uitchecken onze feedback gegeven, waarop de man ons aankeek en verder niks zei. Erg jammer dat mensen zo met hun gasten omgaan.

Amazing, clean alternative to the massive hotel blocks around. Pool was great, room spacious and buffet choices were nice (including local dishes and changed daily)

Would have loved the room to be more sound proof, but the resort goes quite at around 11pm, and so it's not a big problem

- great pools for kids, but the water extremely cold - hardly we managed to find a sunbed - exactly the same food every day 😐 not too many choices either - cleaning means to tidy up the bed and a bit of mopping, no bedsheet change, no towels -parking for £20 a day

the room was full of ants, we complained few times but the staff didnt do anything, I had ants on my pilow, in my bag and all over the floor the shower is "see throught" meaning every time I had to take a shower I had to ask my son to leave the room-I think they **must** write it in the rood discription the maitanance of the room is realy not good the room is very basic, they dont even have a safety box in the room so we had to carry our passports all day the entire vacation (6 nights)

The facilities were not enough for number of guests, food was poor, animation too loud and too frequent. It is clearly targeted for the kids, but disregards parents needs entirely.

If you have small kids this is a great hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful always. The location was closer than expected to lots of shops, little kids amusements, restaurants pubs all only 5 mins walk away. Swimming pool was amazing for kids and they loved it. Rooms were cleaned every day, air con was great. Grounds lovely and clean. Great place for small children (under 8). We had one 4 year old who loved the entertainment. Our 7 and 9 year olds had No interest in evening entertainment which was a pity. But cocktails are fab at the pool bar! No issues with noise. Toilet and shower situation was fine didn’t bother us at all.

Could do with Better entertainment in evening. More for kids from age 8-12 age group to mix and make friends. Continental breakfast was nice but hot breakfast wasn’t. Meal times were chaotic but not down to the hotel more so to the clientele being generally under the age of 10!! 😂😂. I would definitely stay again but not have the food included. Needed to queue early every morning for sun beds/parasol but was fine once we did.

It is a good place to go with kids. The pools are good, with tubes and other entertainment. The Rooms have a nice design. The gardens are nice and well taken care. The food facilities were good too.

The schedules were too strict. If you have meals included, then you have a limited timeframe to eat, meaning you have to choose from one of the slots available. Sometimes, you have to queue to wait for your time to eat. So, if you are on holidays, this type of routines are not pleasant. The pool only opens at 10am. Also, the chaise-longues are not well managed. You have guests queueing to reserve a place. Most of the times, they reserve several places, even if they don't use it during the day. If you have the last breakfast slot, forget about getting a place to laydown. Parking is hard in Salou. The hotel parking is very expensive.

Everything was perfect. However the entertainment wasn't as good as previous holidays we've been to. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the swimmpool lots of fun for the children and the location was excellent. The only criticism I have is that the entertainment could've been better.

The evening before leaving, I asked at the reception how to get a bus to go to Portaventura. Katarina replied : Take a taxi it is easier and fast. Come tomorrow morning and we will call for a taxi and they will be here 10 minutes later. We followed her recommandations but we waited 1 hour for nothing : no taxi came. The man at the desk told me that they called 3 times for a taxi but they are not responsible for the taxi. I cam to see the man at the desk every 20 mn. I asked him after 1 hour how to get the bus and it was only 5 minutes of walk away! They should have told us to book the taxi the evening before or recommend us to take a cab. He told me that he knew that it is hard to get a taxi in the morning but didn't told me ! We lost an hour for nothing because of the people at the reception!

The location was great; peaceful yet close to all restaurants and shops. The hotel was amazing; the pool area was fantastic with its seven slides and other activities. The connected room was just great for our 2+3 family members. There was great amount of staff, cleaning staff was amazing and efficient, life guards by the pool were dedicated to their work and there were so many of them. It felt safe with kids. The security by the gate was also something we appriciated. Entertainment group was talented and fun! The experience was beyond words. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay over all, the hotel itself was beautiful and modern. The grounds to the hotel were also beautiful are great for photos. The hotel was very family orientated which was what we were looking for. The pools were great for kids especially our 2 year old. The entertainment at night time was very good especially for young kids. I would definitely come back to stay again.
