Location was good. 3 out of 4 bedrooms were good. Plenty of hot water and water pressure.

The yard front and back was a mess…. We cleaned the garbage and weeds. Upstairs shower blasts water out of control, shower head could not be mounted in the holder, causing us to use downstairs shower. Water stains and mould in kitchen/living room area. Mould in front bedroom so bad that wall paper is not sticking to the wall. Stayed for a week, no broom to sweep floor. No tea towels to do dishes. Screw up on my check in dates, I had email confirming June 28 checkin, but it was not honoured and we could not get in till the 29th, had to book hotel for £300. This was very disappointing.

Property has a great location, and for the cost, very acceptable. Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, good quantity of towels for each room and the bathrooms. 4 of us were staying and found the property better for our travel purpose than a hotel. Due to a few issues, we had to contact the owners, who were helpful. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Bad smell of dampness, and the small bedroom had evidence of dampness, but we didnt use this room. The upstairs shower leaked into the living area, and the owners promptly arranged maintenance to seal the shower area. There needs to be more TLC - no towel rails, a lack of mirrors, no where to put toiletries, crockery shortages, There was no guidance on rubbish disposal and the back garden is awful looking. I would say that if the owners can fix all of these issues easily, so for the money, you can accept these shortages but it would be better if these were corrected.

The size of the double bedrooms. The kitchen. Location. Felt comfortable staying here. Pub at end of road. Takeaways just round the corner. Supermarket round the corner.

Upstairs shower can only be used by hand. Downstairs shower runs cold then warm them cold. Small door opening person needs to be on the smaller size to use this shower. Can smell damp in the property.

Lovely house, just lacking a few touches that would have made it perfect..

Everything was comfy and clean!

The house was well presented on arrival and had some brilliant bedrooms

The showers left something to be desired but other than that the stay was great
