The room was lovely and well equipped. The grounds and pool area were nice and the location just a few minutes walk to the sea and a great range of restaurants was great.

The car park was problematic and needs some attention. The steep ramp in and out is in need of repair and damaged our car twice. Other guests we spoke to also commented on it. We'd suggest parking elsewhere unless repairs are carried out.

The stairs are tough. There was a certain need of repair in the hotel. Some guests kids were disturbing

Beautiful, spacious and clean suites with an excellent view of Perast and the bay of Kotor. Nice pool with a view. Good breakfast at the hotel next door. Close to the waterfront with nice restaurants (only a 2 minute walk down). Private parking spot. Friendly host who helped us when we forgot our bikini’s. Complimentary bottles of wine.

With 36 degrees it was very warm and heavy to get your suitcases down the path to the accommodation and up to the parking area. But it was worth it and soon forgotten.

problem with payment, the owner of the hotel asked me to pay by card whereas I had been debited by booking before. The refund process was quick but I would have expected that this is anticipated by the hotel. The parking process was also complicated. You need to park upstairs from the hotel and then take the stairs to join the hotel. The parking was not well indicated se did not find where to park for 20 minutes.

The beds were too hard for our liking, but we do prefer softer beds. Steps to accomodation from carpark with luggage was difficult. The steps down to the waterfront and back were also challenging. We understand that to stay in a beautiful location like this, access is not easy. We were 3 couples in our 50s with no injuries/relatively fit and it was hard work in the heat.

Tricky to find our carpark on a busy traffic day. Lots and lots of steps from carpark to accommodation, then to and from waterfront town. Good cardio workout lugging bags up and down steps on check-in & check-out.

Such a beautiful property in a stunning location. The views are amazing. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and Ana was incredibly helpful. We loved our time there and would definitely return!

Everything was wonderful. Not a complaint but just to let people know that access to the property is down a lot of steep steps. Prepare a small bag and do not bring large suitcases unless you are prepared to carry them

Steps front road to property. This wasn't itemised on the listing. I have a bad back so couldn't carry luggage so my husband had x 2 large suitcases to carry in 30 degrees heat. If help could be requested before arrival that would be great

High class accommodation in a fantastic location in picturesque Perast. Beautiful view of Boka Bay and the village - both from the rooms and from the terrace & pool... The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the furnishings were of high quality throughout. The breakfast option in the neighboring hotel was easily accessible and could also be used spontaneously.

Parking is a little difficult, but we always found a space so no real issues.

Beautiful villa and stunning views Ana was friendly and helpful The penthouse and double room were both lovely and have everything you need. The pool area is peaceful and the views over the water and mountains I could have stared at all day. Highly recommend staying here and wish we could have stayed longer, we were so relaxed! There are lots of steps, but we knew this before booking and Montenegro in general has lots of steps, so this is to be expected.

I stayed here for one night because I had a wedding of my friend in Perast. I came late at night and left in the morning so I felt sorry not to have more time to spend in the room and use the pool. I was really amazed with the bedroom, I didn't expect to be so lovely, and the view is fantastic.

- Lots of steps up to property, some loose and very steep, challenging for anyone with mobility issues - air conditioning / heating did not work properly and despite requests to resolve, owners did not respond - limited information without prompting and requests for information, for arrival regarding electric cars that assist with luggage, parking issue etc - there is no parking in perast as pedestrianised - more generous supply of toiletries, toilet roll, soap etc required - cleaning of room every 3 days only Accomodation is not a hotel, or apart hotel. It is a series of rooms with kitchenette facility. I’m not sure that is clear from the information

Lovely, comfortable, and spacious new apartment. Very clean, with a pleasant smell. The attention to detail is notable. We had a fantastic view. We were close to the beach and the restaurants, yet it was quiet. Our hostess was friendly, very professional, and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Warmly recommended

It was no issue for us at all, but reaching the house requires many stairs (up and down). The hostess provided us with help carrying our luggage. For some people, it can be challenging. This won't prevent us from coming back.

We went there on Feb as 2 girls, it's dark and very hard to arrive our hotel.. it was worrisome to walk through path in the dark.

We loved the view. The place was clean. Having a bathrom with a vew was créme de la créme! We booked for only one night but then decided to stay another night as we were very happy with this choice. I would definitely recommend to people who are looking for a place in Perast. We were also very happy with the house lady who was very welcoming. She was there to recomand us in the late hours some places to eat. Very thankful to be hosted by such people. I am very sure that will be my forever destination in perast.
