The property was very nice and the beds comfortable too. The garden was welcoming with the table and chairs and we took full advantage of it.

Hi there, The stove stopped working on Saturday , it was reported around 5pm but it never get fixed, our dinner was ruined and all our food were disposed of, despite someone visited the property last night but couldn’t provide a solution, he said that the engineer would attend this morning before breakfast, once again that never happened and our breakfast was ruined and the food again wasted. The situation is obviously so frustrating, we did not get cocking facilities and lost almost all our food, and had to buy take away for both days. Clearly this was not expected. Therefore, we would like a refund due to all the inconvenience, the poor customer service and the lack of resolution fixing the problem. Regards, Tatiana
