It was really beautiful. We were able to see northern lights

Beautiful location and good value for money for a family with 3 children with a lot of space and big garden to play at. Traditional finnish sauna by the lake with beautiful view.

When we booked we didn’t realize that there’s no running water at all. For us that didn’t matter as we are used to it at our own summer cottage. Would maybe be a good idea to mention it in the main description of the property. Also, thinking of foreign customers who are not familiar with traditional Finnish cottages, it would be a good idea to have some kind of information booklet at the property to instruct the customer on how everything works. Again, for us that was no problem as we are familiar with carrying water to sauna and outside toilet.

Perfect location with amazing view on lake from whole living room. We spent there one day in May and lake was still frozen. Classic sauna near the cottage in separate building. Everything what we needed and expected from cottage was almost there. Missing only running watter.

Missing only running water for some basic hygiene, for shower after sauna, cleaning dishes. The owner prepared only gallons with water for us, but we still mist runnign watter. From same reason, no running watter, there was only very basic toilet facility outside.
