The location was superb for our purpose of watching a motorsport event we had a hotel approx 1 mile away where we could get breakfast from 8am and also good food on an evening called the Downings bay hotel

I had to ring the owner for the key code as he had not sent it.The front entry door needs attention as it was hard to close it was catching and you had to pull it hard towards you to turn the key which was also stiff.we could not use the barbeque as it had been left dirty with grease on the trays. The only other think was a little bit of tlc needed on the decking ready for a repaint and weeds coming through on the paved area.

Such a beautiful house, the views are absolutely stunning. It was a perfect location, about 5 mins drive from downings. Trevor explained everything very well and was on hand for any requests or questions. It felt very homely and the outdoor area was perfect for breakfast and outdoor dining. Also enclosed which was perfect for dogs.

The house was beautiful and very clean, it also had everything we could need. I travelled with my sister and 3 children, even with the bad weather there was so much to do and we were very comfortable. Hoping to stay again during the nicer weather

One bathroom for 4 bedrooms was at times a small issue. Not enough mirrors in bedrooms for getting ready would be the biggest fault I have for this property.
