Golf cart made it easy to explore Catalina. View and view of the ocean was magnificent. Condo had every amenity I needed. Condo was clean. It was quiet.

Cell phone reception was not good on the island.

The location was excellent since a golf cart was provided and were able to go all over town.

It was missing the blender and could not find the laundry room.

The location is not within walking distance of everything but the views are totally worth the short taxi ride and golf cart drives. The villa is comfortable and fairly well stocked. Hamilton Cove is beautiful. The grounds are impeccably maintained and while I don't think it was peak season for travelers, it was very quiet regardless.

No pot holders to take hot pans out of the oven, needs some of those :) The pool and hot tub were not clean either day we tried to visit them and the hot tub is definitely in need of repair pretty badly. This was surprising since the rest of the grounds are so beautiful.

Leaking kitchen sink under bottom, no wash cloths available, we got stuck due to bad weather and was not allowed to stay dry and warm inside for an extra couple of hours wanted to charge a full day for a couple of hours.
