Neat hotel, the breakfast was very nice and it was great that there was tea and coffee available all day near the rooms

I love the location of this hotel. There was minimal contact with staff members, but that is a positive. The owner is really helpful and friendly and he allowed me the use of a garage for my motorcycle. The breakfast was a buffet and was plentiful for my needs The rooms are large and clean. Tea and coffee is supplied in the general community area near to bedrooms, free of charge. Beer, wine and soft drinks are available for a nominal price (2€ or €3) from a fridge also. Good restaurant over the road.

I chose this hotel because of its location close to the Rhine, the local town and also it's close proximity to other towns such as Koblenz. This is a family run hotel, which makes its own wines from the vineyards over the road. The family members are very friendly and helpful. I really liked the rural location and rustic building.

I had no complaints regarding my stay. However I feel it's fair to point out there are no lifts(it's an old building) so disabled persons or infirm people may struggle. For me it was fine.

Easy access to great hiking trails in the Fichtel Mountains. No need to drive - you can walk up the Ochsenkopf and Schneeberg mountains from Fichtelberg.

Very clean and pleasant room. Quiet location. We slept very well! Good breakfast and friendly welcome.

Very nice hotel, clean, located in a quiet part of Roetgen, close to the spa. Good breakfast, free parking, pet friendly.

We asked during the booking process for a room on a lower floor. It was not easy to communicate with the hostess because we don't know German and her English was not enough but the room was fine, big enough.

As a small hotel we thought that the hotel was lovely. It excelled many other small hotels by supplying hot drinks, as well as a fridge for cold drinks which was a real bonus. Unfortunately when we stayed it was winter and the restaurant was not open in the evening we stayed which was a shame. We eat in a restaurant nearby which was really welcoming with good food. The hotel breakfast was very nice continental, as you'd expect.

We found no faults whatsoever with this hotel. My non speaking of German was a restriction in communication, but that 2as my fault and not the staff.

I like the combination of shared fridge/facilities but individual room with shower etc. Breakfast was excellent. Host very friendly. No complaints, happy with everything.

Nice location with a lot of possibilities for walking and site seeing like Monchau or Eupen. The room was very nice and clean with enough room. We had a family room for 4 people and the room was perfect. New and big bathroom with a terras.

Maybe the beds were not most confortable, but when changing from hotel to hotel this is not easy on the body anyway...
