We had a great 10 days at this property over New Years 2024. It was perfect for our family of three, but the third and fourth bedroom meant we could have invited a whole other family, there are tree well equipped bathrooms!The pool and hot tub were great, heated up quickly each day, even with temperatures in the 50s overnight, and seemed to be kept in working order.The kitchen is well equipped, newer appliances, lots of dishes, cups and cutlery, and all appliances worked as they should and were clean. We were missing our Margaritaville Concoction maker and they delivered one within 20 minutes, and it was squeaky clean and ready for use.Same can be said for the bathrooms, all were spotless and in good repair. Plenty of hot water for showers, enough towels, and they even provided shampoo and soap.Beds were very comfortable and pillows aplenty. Most rooms had blackout blinds, but unfortunately the main floor master does not (if you are a sensitive sleeper choose another bedroom from the three other options!).We would happily return, and the following are just small suggestions to make stays over the top:- Invest in better pool towels that are thicker and absorb more water, those provided are very thin.- Please put a can opener in the kitchen (I am sure they would have run one over if we asked)- Fitted sheets for beds, and a queen sized comforter would be nice for a queen sized bed instead of full (we just used two - the air conditioning works very well).- Provide a few extra bath towels so that guests don't have to launder and dry them regularly- Including some kitchen and black garbage bags would been a nice touch and encourage guests to take out trash.Dealing with Vstays was a breeze, they responded to emails, calls and requests quickly. The resort shuttle is great within the campus (We ubered to the parks). Pro tip, go to the promenade as Ford's, the Wharf, and Escapology are a

Sweet, charming, cosy three bedroom condo. Great for the kids. Super comfortable a highlight of course was having a private pool and hot tub. I would recommend if you want some normality amongst the chaos of a Disney. My only advice, for anybody would be bring some basic supplies with you as very little is provided. Examples, toilet paper, dish towel, and dish cloth. We’re not happy with the towels as they were threadbare. And the pool towels are relatively useless.

We LOVED the vacation rental. We had access to the entire resort and the amenities (free shuttles, pools, etc.). The cottage was very clean and well taken care of, we had an issue with the pool heating and they fixed it right away. We used the shuttle to the Disney parks but also spent more time in the Sunset walk area that had food, games, and just a great walkable experience. We will be staying again with friends.

Great stay! Our fifth time staying at the cottages. The only issue we encountered was the outside pool and hot tub had issues when we arrived. The pool light never came on and when reported we were told it would take a couple of days to get it fixed. Other than that the stay and location were top-notch. Highly recommend it.

Fun family location!
Great location for Disney and Universal. Cool area to walk around, close to restaurants and fun stuff for the family. It was nice having a private pool to come home to after long days at the parks. The house was clean and looks as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The resort is beautiful and the house is very nice. The one thing I would have liked was to have the pool cleaner or at least have a pool skimmer/rake available to do it ourselves. Other then that everything was good.

Great spot for our family
The house was everything we could want. It was the perfect place for our family during our Disney vacation.
My only issues was the floors. They get EXTREMELY slippery when wet and you need to be careful with kids coming in and out of the house if raining or coming from the pool side,

Great Stay for Birthday
We were there for my daughter's 10th birthday. It was awesome. H2O Live water park, Sunset Walk, and our own private pool and jacuzzi. Margaritaville had its own sort of beach and restaurants as well. The property was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the inside space. The only thing I would change is the pool situation. It was small and everytime you would go outside, you have neighbors on all 3 sides looking at you. Everything else, Fantastic!

Great location and property
We truly enjoyed the property and the location! The house is beautiful and just as described, very clean and lots of space for everyone in our group. Although, the hot tub, is not a hot tub! The sign says and the front desk says it may be set up to 104° but it never goes past 89° temperature and regardless of how many times we asked them to come fix this, it never was. Also for anyone else wanting to rent, note there is no complimentary items such as coffee filters, salt/pepper etc.

Great Experience!
This was a great experience for myself and my family. We stayed for a weekend for my son‘s ninth birthday and it was perfect for him and his best friends. Not only was it exceptionally clean but there was plenty of room and they loved the pool and hot tub. We had a problem with the hot tub getting hot but it just took one phone call before somebody was there to fix it. The cottage is connected to the resort and close to everything including the waterpark, shopping and entertainment. I definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future!

Spacious and clean
This was a perfect spot for our family of six. The kids loved swimming in the private pool and it was a short drive to Disney. There’s a pool alarm on the back door to provide peace of mind and keep everyone safe. We would come stay here again!

The only complaint we had was that houses on both sides were under construction so early morning sounds kept everyone from sleeping in. It also kept you from enjoying the pool until late in the day. A little heads up during the booking would have possibly had us choose another MRO home. Highly recommend MRO to anyone and everyone!

Spotless, Cozy, perfect!
Perfect spot for either a couple’s getaway or family stay for a Disney weekend. We had all the kids with us, but said we’d return without the kids in the future;) Beautiful “home” and great location to everything you need— Target, restaurants, entertainment. PS- Bring your own margarita mix and take use of the Margarita Maker in the kitchen!
