Wonderful house to fully enjoy with family and friends, we offer our guests a beautiful clean house which we hope our valued guests treat as if they were theirs. We hope they enjoy it and keep it clean and do not smoke or use drugs inside it. We have a key system which you will have access to the code when you start your self check-in process, unfortunately we do not accept pets. We appreciate you coming to the Sunshine House…. the house is not available the garage . the garage of the property is a small studio…. the studio is an independent property of the house ... Neither the property nor myself are responsible for the children in the pool area without adult supervision since the pool does not have the protective mesh for children ... those responsible for the children in the pool area are the adults ... Pool hours: from dawn to dusk. Even if you have a prescription (an additional fee of $250 will be charged if the house smells like cigarettes). * Please, no illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. Do not park outside the entrance area or common places with other neighbors, Maximum 6 cars...* Parents of children in the property are totally safe from children in the pool area. The host is not responsible for any death or injury related to the group. * CHILDREN MUST BE WITH A RESPONSIBLE ADULT IN THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES. * Nothing responsible for the at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on duty... No paper in the toilet or baby wipes or anything weird. Thank you... .During the night you should not disturb your neighbors with loud music or noise (the house is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city).. Additional rules No parties or events (unless the host be invited). No smoking.. The property does not have a garage.

We had a great trip at this home. The pool was fantastic and everything was clean. Great weekend with friends.

The property was clean as advertised. The neighborhood was quit. My only issue was one of the parking spots in front of the house was roped off and a unknown car not affiliated with are party was parked there. This caused minor discomfort considering it was 4 of us and we had 3 cars. Overall great spot would recommend.

This was a great spot for a girls weekend. Lots of space. Pool and outdoor area were amazing! Microwave & stove were a little difficult to figure out, but we got it. Only 1 hairdryer for 3 bathrooms is our only complaint. But really no big deal. No reflection on the property, but we did not realize how spread out Tampa is. This location was not walkable to anything of note, but was a very easy Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go.

Carlos’s property was exactly as shown in the pictures. His communication with us was great! The outside area by the pool is amazing! It was a little chilly and windy during our stay so we didn’t get to use the pool or outdoor kitchen much. All the essentials were provided and our families were very comfortable. The location is great too! Close to shopping and to go to Busch Gardens! I would highly recommend Carlos’s place.

House was in really good condition and had plenty of room for the four of us. The outdoor area was awesome for hanging out and watching football.
One recommendation: get some mattress toppers for a little bit softer beds.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Great location that was in the middle of Tropicana field and Busch Gardens. The listen was as discribed and our 6 year old loved that they have a PlayStation with baseball games!

Our family had an amazing time staying at this property. Carlos was extremely responsive and went over and above to make sure we had an excellent stay. The house was clean, the backyard pool and outdoor kitchen was amazing (we pretty much lived outside) and it was very quiet and private. For those who may see other reviews that mention a tenant in the garage, there were no issues or concerns at all - we were there for a week and didn’t see or hear them once. It was a 5 minute drive to big retailers but had a really lovely neighborhood feel! We felt extremely safe and comfortable and the house was gorgeous. There is no doubt we would stay here again if we came back to Tampa!

Not what I expected from a neighborhood with many people and traffic, but it was quiet, friendly, clean and in close proximity to just about any store you need!! Plus the property bug free, clean and the Air Condition worked like a CHARM!!!!!!

We booked this location in a pinch because it was close to TPA. Driving through the neighborhood was interesting, but upon entering the door code, we were welcomed by a nicely appointed and freshly updated home. Feels like a budgeted flip sponsored by HGTV.
The private pool is large, warm and welcoming - Great to have. Although we didn't utilize the outdoor kitchen and TV, it certainly was available and had we stayed their longer, would have been great. We found beach equipment available in an outside closet. Would have been nice to use the umbrella. Inside, the bathrooms are clean and fresh.
We wished the bedding was better. Certainly would have been nice to have a king size newer mattress in the master. The air freshener was too strong.
Carlos communicates extremely well. Not an issue but kind of "creepy" that there is someone living in the garage.

You don’t have access to the a/c 70 f is the max and there is someone on the property staying in the garage, I would have liked to know this before renting. Other than this, everything is amazing house, beds, area, cleanliness, fast response from Carlos.

Nice place. Great communication from management. Love the primary bathroom. Comfy and nice furniture. Kitchen is great. We couldn't get indoor microwave to work but they have a 2nd outside. Fridge is clean and large. Neighborhood seemed nice even though we didn't explore it much.

We traveled for a wedding with family and the home had plenty of space. We loved the pool area and outdoor kitchen. The beds were comfortable and location was very convenient. We could have used some extra towels, a few more cooking/kitchen items and it would have been nice to know the garage was being occupied by someone else. We had a small plumbing issue and the host was very timely getting that repaired. The microwave in the house did not work, but luckily there was one in the outdoor kitchen that was functional. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone traveling in the area!

4 Adults. This is a beautifully furnished home. Linens were just average on bedding and mattress is firm in all bedrooms. You will really enjoy the outdoor kitchen and T.V. We spent one whole day just in the pool relaxing. Great privacy fence from neighbors and a 5 star rating for the zen landscape design with pool. We didn't realize bthrm #3 was outside with pool and laundry not indoors so that was a surprise but a very nice stay. Carlos worked with us on the property costs due to Hurricane Ian delaying our arrival by one day and refunded our money. Communication was a bit difficult but we worked through any concerns pretty easily.

This place was perfection for our annual family vacation! The pool was clean and spacious. Everything that you could need in the house was provided. Everyone felt at home with their own bedroom. Host was very responsive and ensured my stay went well. Will definitely return again!

Property was just as nice as the pictures! We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. Pool area and out side cooking area worked great. We did have to sweep the floor in the house, sandy and a lot of hair. Clearly was over looked by the cleaning people. But we would stay here again!

Comfortable stay with family
We came to Tampa for my sisters medical procedure at Norman Para Thyroid center. We had an easy check in , house was well cleaned. We had 1 issue with water pressure in the shower. I texted the host and within 1 hour a plumber was sent to fix it And the water pressure was perfect. The beds were comfortable and outdoor kitchen amazing and equipment was perfect. I am a professional chef so when I say it was great to cook at the pool outside kitchen, I know what I’m talking about. The neighbor hood was quiet and convenient to the medical facility . We would book this place again
