We were most impressed with the help John provided in the booking process and after. We chose this condo because of him, and then were not disappointed. Each bedroom has its own updated bath, 2 master suites gulfside, all kinds of personal touches and guest supplies. Instructions were very helpful, and we had a wonderful time!

Owner was wonderful to deal with. Condo was great! It did show so use, but the owner went above and beyond. The only bad thing we encountered was parking. It can be a nightmare. Lower level has one way in and that’s the same way out. Cars and vans are prone to dragging. Once we familiarized ourselves with the area, it got better!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing deck, and a great view of the beach. The parking spots are a little small but that’s the only complaint I have. the owner was very responsive and everything was perfectly clean. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in this is definitely a top Tier spot. Stop looking and book it now.

Beautiful condo, amazing huge deck. Only problem was the parking. One site under condo, the rest off property & we had 3 cars for our party. We stayed at the beach mostly. Def recommend & will return.

This is such a beautiful condo, It was just as it was described. The owner was prompt with instructions & easy to communicate with.. Beach access was secure & easy.. I highly recommend this condo❣️🦋 We had 6 adults & 2 children with plenty of space.

Nice 4 bedroom 4 bath .worked great for our group. Nice and clean. The balcony is the best part , great view and very large with alot of comfortable seating. We will be staying here again.

Very nice condo on the beach!! Loved that we all had our own bathroom! Our host John made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to messages and anything we needed. Was in a great location! The beach was amazing!

We had a party of 9. Great location, beautiful balcony, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a nice layout for our group. The property manager responded quickly. There were a few minor issues he was unable to fix during our stay. But overall we would stay again and recommend to friends.

The condo was very nice. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a major bonus! The view was incredible from the large balcony! The outdoor furniture offered seating for everybody to enjoy! We will definitely be back! John was very quick to answer my questions! Thank you for being a great host!

The condo was great. Fit our family perfectly. And the deck was beyond fantastic. And the condo owner John was very helpful, and responsive. The only disappointment, which Is none of John's control, is the small parking spaces. But is obbiously that out of his control. But even with that, i would highly recomend this condo, for family vacations.

Took a family trip with our kids and grand girls and we had a great trip! The condo was perfect for 6 adults and 4 children! Everyone had their own space and no one ever felt crowded! Everyone loved the deck, it is huge and plenty of space for everyone! We plan to book again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we could get the same view from 2 of the bedrooms. The building had an easy access to the beach which was definitely a plus. The beach was calm and relaxing. My family and I really enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation.

The property was excellent. More than what we expected we would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our party of 6. We had everything we needed. Patio was nice and big with lots of furniture. We looked for a broom since we had been at the beach for a few days in a row, but could not find one. Contacted John and within a few days a new broom was at the door delivered by Amazon. The location was perfect! The beach is beautiful! If I could change one thing about our stay it would be the oven had not been cleaned and the elevator was very busy in the afternoon because only one was working. That being said we did see people working on the other elevator so this does not reflect on the owner and the condo itself. The one thing I would found amazing was the quick respond that we got from John anytime we had questions. Super polite and nice! I would highly recommend this place!

Overall, the unit was clean and perfect for what my group needed. I do wish there were some dressers in the bedrooms to better be able to put away clothes and what not. The floor was dirty/sandy when we arrived, but we used the vacuum. That was the only complaint. Everything else about the unit was great! We loved the balcony!

Our stay was great. The condo was as shown on the listing. Several nice renovations, including bathrooms and televisions. Good location. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very nice… clean, cutely decorated, spacious for 4 people, no issues at all. The balcony was large and had plenty of comfortable furniture…. and the view, of course, was gorgeous. The beach was easily accessible and wonderful. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were adequate. The gym was severely lacking and uninviting. There were issues with the elevators with one out of service the whole week (workers were there all week, so that problem should be fixed soon…. and with few guests since it was off season, it was not a major concern). Overall we were very satisfied and had an enjoyable memorable week.

The rental was exactly what we needed for our girls trip. 2 daughters (50’s) and moms (80’s). It was perfect!!!

The property was great and had an awesome view of the gulf. Rooms were great, pool and hot tub was great as well.

We had 4 adults and 4 children and everyone had plenty of room. The balcony was amazing and enjoyed every morning sitting there. This was our first time in Panama in a long time. We were used to staying on the west end of the beach so I was a little worried about the location, but it was not crowded at all down on the beach. We had eight adults one child plenty of room for everyone I would recommend this unit. Great location right down from pineapple Willys. (Walking ). Anytime I had a question John got right back with me very prompt. we enjoyed our stay I gave it a five star we will stay at this location again

Clean condo. Nice location. The chairs on the beach were a nice touch. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful.

This property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The balcony is very large and handled the 9 adults easily. The beds were comfortable, and each room had enough space to handle our clothes. The kitchen is a little small, but if you just have 1 person in there at a time while cooking, it is fine. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom connected to the bedroom with the bunk bed. That is a bit of an inconvenience, but we managed. Overall, this property was clean, and we were comfortable in it. The owner is very responsive, and you can tell he takes pride in it. Outside of the room, and out of the owner's control... the parking garage is very tight spacing. The overflow parking is hit and miss. They are changing out the elevators, so there was only 1 operational while they prepare to update the other one. The entry way while waiting on the elevators could stand an updating.

When we arrived at the property we were in awe of the location! The condo itself was beautiful, well lit, and the view was incredible except for the ropes and cables that dangled in front of our patio the entire stay. I truly wanted to give this a 5 star rating as it is a wonderful property. The owner was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the painters kept the pool unavailable except from 530p til 10p. Thankfully we had a big gorgeous gulf just outside the gates, however sometimes ya just need to get out of the salt water. The hottub was shut down the entire time of our stay which was disappointing after some long days of excursions. None of this information was relayed to us until after arrival at the property and some local owners had told us it was supposed to have been done back in February. When the owner did reach out later that day we just said we would adapt, and we did. Oh the elevators..... yikes! One elevator was scheduled to be out of service for the M-F portion of our trip and that was awful. We opted to take the stairs several times (down only) from the 11th floor. Had there just been a couple of us, no big deal. But 6 adults in an 8 occupancy elevator with families loaded in every time the door opened was defeating! We made do! As far as the condo itself, it was wonderful! The bedrooms were spacious and the dual masters had stunning views out the glass sliding doors. The deck was so inviting and who wouldn't want to sit out there and enjoy that! The condo was fairly well stocked with cookware and utensils. We are fishing fanatics and I was not aware until we received the check in instructions and rules, we were not allowed to cook any fish in the condo. That was a big bummer for us! Thankfully we found a wonderful "hook & cook" restaurant and highly recommend Dat Cajun Place. The only other issues we found were housekeeping issues that I don't believe the owner would have been aware of prior to our arrival. I will send those privately! Overall, if you are looking for a gorgeous place to stay in PCB, we definitely recommend this place! Hopefully the quirks get worked out and your stay will exceed all expectations!

The stay was great. Highly recommended. Great Communication from the host. Only downfall was only one elevator working but overall the stay was fantastic

The condo was filthy, when we arrived there was sand all over the floors, dirt and dust on everything, mold growing in the bathrooms, outside deck, one bedroom and pee stained sheets. two elevators for 23 floors so it was a madhouse checking in and out. going to the beach everyday waiting for elevators. Pool closed two of the days we were there for painting, Happy to not be there anymore..

Great view. Wonderful place. Owner very good with communication. Only small downside is the small parking place and loading/unloading was difficult. However, owner explained perfectly. Thank you.

First of all I have stayed at the Ritz for many many years. I wanna start off saying I knew this place would be the best place of them all just by the owners quick response time. When I arrived I know the parking issues nothing that concerns me. It’s the same at all condo’s at PCB so nothing different about the Ritz. Once my family and friends walked in our room it was amazing agin better than any other room three stayed in before. The 4 bedroom condo is equipped with everything we had zero issues for the first time ever. I have already planned my days for next year and will be reaching out to the owner soon to get reserved. The balcony is Amazing the blue water is unreal. The two furnished beach chair is a great plus with this condo. The great thing is there is a great Daiquiri shop across the street. Walmart is a block away also. The fishing piers are a short drive away and they are amazing. 24 hour breakfast places across the street. This place has WiFi and all different channels to watch. I can’t explain the room and and view must stay and try out. Hope everyone agrees with me. I am sure there is people That have a different opinion but this is a condo that os rented out and many people tent it. I am sure issues occur it’s life just make the best of it.

The condo was very clean. The space was perfect for our family. Space for everyone. The balcony was our favorite space. The location was close to everything, and of course the beach was fantastic. Can’t wait to go again.
