We loved Mark’s place — the grounds are beautiful, the condo is clean and very well appointed, and the location near the La Quinta Resort was perfect for syncing up with friends.

This was a super comfortable and beautiful property in La Quinta! We loved the size of the bedrooms, the comfortable furnishings, the access to all amenities on the property and the well equipped kitchen and cleanliness through out the property. This was just a delightful stay and close enough to all sights around the desert valley!! Terrific restaurants and access to all that Palm Springs offers for everyone!!! The weather was perfect!! The property was what you hope to have in a rental. The towels and linens were excellent and the decor was soothing with lovely furniture and no clutter. Mark was wonderful as a host. I highly recommend it.

Mark’s desert oasis exceeded my every expectation! Extremely clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, and so quiet! Even better on a very hot wedding weekend-just steps away from the main pool, fitness center and clubhouse. If I could give Mark and his luxurious condo 10 stars, I would!

We have stayed in various units at Legacy Villas over the years and Mark’s is one of the best. It’s clean and has updated flooring and furniture. The location is perfect - close to the main pool and central walkway. The beds are super comfortable. Check in and out were a breeze and I appreciated that the codes on the locks was changed personally for us. Makes me feel safer than a place that uses the same code for all renters. We will be back!

We visit BNP Paribas tennis tournament every year and love to stay in a VRBO. This year we stayed in Mark's villa and it was so comfortable and perfect. The grounds were so lovely and the place had everything we needed. We had breakfast one morning at the grill, visited the hot tub one evening, and used the fitness facility. We had 2 couples and the place was perfect with each bedroom having its own outdoor patio to enjoy the weather. We will definitely return.

Stayed two weeks. Easy gate ingress/egress to development. Unit was sparkling clean and well stocked. Owner was eagerly available by phone/text to answer questions. We will repeat.

We came to play golf in the desert and this was the perfect location. The condo is so clean, beds comfy and the jacuzzi is a short walk down the path. Parking was also easy

A perfect place for a family getaway! the apartment was spacious, beautifully and tastefully decorated with well equipment kitchen . The linens and the beds were beyond comfy- got best sleep. Centrally located, Steps away from the club house, mountain hiking trails and 3 mins from shops and good restaurants. The owners were super helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to come back

The community was so great! Everything, including appliances in the villa and the different resources on the property, were so accessible and easy to use. Legacy Grill is great for breakfast and lunch! Mark was so helpful and quick in responding to any issues we had during our stay.

From the moment I requested the property, the property manager, Mark, was nothing short of professional but also quite accessible and accommodating. We were looking for a place for the weekend on short notice, and after having made requests on a few other places where only come to find out they were already rented even though they were shown available on VRBO, Mark came through the first time and was able to confirm our reservation. He even worked to help us have early check-in. The location is perfect and quite convenient to La Quinta and really, pretty much the entire area down here by the mountains. Speaking of the mountains, the backdrop of the mountains right there from the complex is pretty awesome! There are plenty of restaurants and bars near-by so there is no need to have to go all the way into downtown Palm Springs I can tell you that. The beds were very comfortable and the unit is quite clean and seems basically brand-new. We didn't use the courtyard entrances or areas as we were out early to play golf and at out each night, but I did see many folks out sitting in the courtyard areas and it looks like it would make for a great and relaxing area to hang out. We did use the pool and hot tub each day and they are just a few steps away. Very clean and a nice quiet area to hang out and rest after a tough day on the links. I couldn't figure out how to use the garage but that was not an issue, and I didn't ask either, so this is my fault. We easily found 2 parking spaces, although, if you arrive at night, parking in the non-reserved spaces could be tough to find a place to park near your unit. However, this wasn't an issue as we found a spot on the street. I'd stay here anytime and I can tell you that the place checks off all of the 3 C's that I look for when renting a place, in that it is very Comfortable and is very Clean and it is Convenient to all things 'Palm Springs' and the surrounding neighborhoods, with a world class property manager who was responsive and professional at all times. Stay here and you won't regret it. Quiet grounds and a relaxing place to be.

The villa was ready when we arrived and we had no trouble getting into the gated community and into the villa itself. The place was clean and a perfect fit for us. We were two couples so we each had a master suite and shared the living/kitchen/dining area. The place is equipped with state of the art security and entertainment systems. The kitchen had everything we needed which was greatly appreciated since we ate several meals there. Great place, great location (Old Town La Quinta is a must) and friendly accessible hosts. 5 Stars, you'll love it!

This unit was exactly as advertised and looked better in person. The tall ceilings are wonderful, the unit get tons of light and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a nice size and we loved the soaking tubs. Owner was helpful and very responsive. The location is great. Legacy Villa's are quiet and beautiful. The pools are great, this unit is very close to the main pool. We were going to stay next door at the La Quinta resort but wanted more room, and to spend less. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay in this condominium. The inside of the condo was bright and spacious, with high ceilings, lots of natural light, gorgeous hardwood floors, ceiling fans, white walls and cool, colorful art. The beds and furniture were all new and very comfortable. The two large bedrooms each had full baths, and French doors that opened to patios with views of the garden that includes bougainvillea and citrus trees - a great place for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms had large shower stalls and deep bathtubs for soaking. The linens and towels were top quality - a detail I really appreciate. There is a lovely trail that loops along the backside of the property next to the mountains - it was perfect for an early morning walk. The place was spotlessly clean and delivered everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I will definitely return!
