This location was perfect for our stay. The house is beautiful, and has all the essential features that a family needs when they’re away from home. Our host Dane was very accommodating and responded quickly when I reached out. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Location of the home was in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The neighbors came by the yard and all said hello as we were coming and going. It’s on a street that gets some traffic but definitely not a main road and was quiet. The home is fully stocked and one of the most clean homes I’ve rented. We had a wonderful stay and were allowed to enter the home earlier than normal check in. Loved the beds, no squeaks and mattresses and pillows were comfortable.

First let me state that your home is beautiful! The location, cleanliness, accommodations, and space were perfect for my family while visiting Memphis for the first time. Convenient to downtown and close to all the sights the city has to offer like Beale Street, The National Civil Rights Museum - Lorraine Hotel, Stax Museum, Graceland, and The Memphis Rock -n- Soul Museum. We also ate at some of the local eateries around the city as well Gus Fried Chicken is a must when staying here and check out Charlie Vergos Rendezvous for the best ribs and Greek Salad in town! Dane was a great host, very responsive and answered any questions or requests that we may have had in a timely manner. Much appreciated! Once again, I can’t say it enough location, location, location. We will be recommending your home to our friends and family and next time in Memphis we know where we’re staying.

This home was the perfect fit for our stay in Memphis. Close to all we wanted to do. Beautiful home, very roomy, very clean, all the amenities were just great! The showers were nice, with nice towels, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Laundry facilities were great too. I would say, the pillows weren't perfect, but of the six of us, three brought our own anyway, so no problem. We would most definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House matched listing and the house seemed brand new. Dane was great to deal with. Location was great going to FedEx Forum and Memphis in general.I have rented with VRBO many times and this rental was one of the best ever!

It was clean and beds were comfortable. The stairs were more than we expected for 70 year olds. Would appreciate lamps in bedrooms. Also, we struggled with list if chores when we left. Memphis is not our kind of town, there were sirens all night.

We thorough enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely apartment with really comfy bed high quality linen and well stocked kitchen. It was spotlessly clean. You do need taxi or car but they were quick to get

This was our second time booking through this site and had a really good experience. The host responded promptly to our questions and was very accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for a family of 4 with our miniature poodle included. Thank you. We'd love to stay again.

The house was wonderful, clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Very close to everything, Beale Street, Lorraine Hotel Museum, Tiger Lane and Arkansas. Host was very nice and quick responsive. The back yard was big and had a private parking pad. 5 out of 5 stars is the rating I am giving.

We decided to try a vrbo for our annual girls’ trip. It ended up being perfect for my mom, sister, daughter and I. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main level and then two bedrooms with a nice size bathroom (huge double vanity) on the 2nd floor. The house is close to downtown so it was convenient. The house is adorable and nicely stocked (even had a hairdryer) and everything looked like the pictures. The fenced in back yard was a nice bonus. Highly recommend the host and this house!

This house was great! Very clean and comfortable. There were no issues. The area was close to everything I wanted to do. I originally wanted to stay at a hotel within walking distance of Beale street, but I’m so glad I didn’t. Passing by the hotel and seeing the lobby jammed packed with people hanging out made me feel better about choosing the comfort of my own place. I took an uber to Beale street instead so I didn’t have to look and pay for parking. It was only $10 from the house. We visited Graceland and The Lorraine hotel. We are at some great restaurants. Memphis was great. This house gave my two girls comfort and memories.

This is probably the cleanest vacation rental we have ever had. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect. Location is close to everything. Easy parking. Easy to find. Super comfortable.

House was beautiful. Easy access to many different places to visit. Short drive to the zoo, Bass Pro Pyramid, and even the bordering states. Beds were comfortable. My kids are very tall, so they appreciated not having to crouch down when using the shower.

The house was very clean and spacious with all the amenities that we needed. It was a 10 minute walk to the trolley. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The neighbors were also friendly.

Home was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Some noise from street traffic but not enough to matter. Mattresses are great as are the televisions and Wi-Fi. Safe place to stay!

This property was clean and absolutely adorable. Check in was the easiest we have ever had. The house had everything we needed and more. We were so impressed. The only thing we could have used more of were towels but we made it work.
The trash can outside upon arrival was full but we were able to fit our trash bags in without sticking out too much. The house is super close to everything. Really good location. The security system helped us feel safe. We would absolutely stay again.

As a family of 7, regular hotel rooms are no longer an option when we travel. We found this cute home which was in a great location. No more than 5 miles to all the sights we wanted to see. Had an incident with the lock. Owner was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. As we live in a quiet area, took a few days to get used to the cars as they passed by. They weren’t noisy, just not used to it. Would stay again if needed.

Check in was easy and parking plentiful. The proximity to downtown is great and there is a grocery store within a few miles. The yard is fenced - works well for a larger dog, a small dog could potentially escape so I kept mine on leash. There was some noise at night with loud cars and neighbors. TVs in every bedroom and living area. Bathrooms have been remodeled so are super clean. Checkout instructions were clear.

This property exceeded my expectations! Finding a rental that would accept my 60lb dog was challenging. This property was perfect for her complete with a fenced backyard! This house is fully stocked with everything you need. I stayed for a month. The property manager was great and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend this rental!
