It was so easy to walk right out and to either Shipwreck or Poipu Beach. The house had 3 ensuite bedrooms which were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, although we didn't eat anything besides breakfast there.The house had all the beach stuff you need. (chairs, towels, umbrellas). Also very nice to have a washer and dryer with detergent provided. We would definitely stay again, the place was plenty big and gave everyone the privacy they needed.

Our experience at Poipu Kai Delight was outstanding! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Very light, bright and airy and looked out on the greenway with its lush grass & palm trees. Loved how the house opened up for a truly indoor/outdoor vibe. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch every morning. Decor was beautiful & the setup for my family was great. We each had our own bedroom and bath. Kitchen was efficient, had everything we needed & worked well with multiple chefs! Location was perfect! Short walk down the greenway to Shipwreck beach & Grand Hyatt, close to great shopping & restaurants. The only thing I would change next time is I would stay longer!!

We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and the location makes for easy access to a couple beaches, Hyatt resort amenities, beach rentals, and hiking. There were no bathtubs on site which is tricky with really young babies but otherwise it’s a great, great stay! We loved the house and felt comfortable the entire trip. The kitchen has only salt, pepper and oil… fyi!

The check-in instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The house is freshly remodeled and has everything we need for our four boys. The location is a five-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach, and we especially liked the green belt location, so the boys had an expansive area to play. The manager checked in with us several times, but they did not need to, as the house had everything we needed.

The house was perfect for our family of four (8 and 12) and my sister’s family of four (11 and 14). The location and quietness of the neighborhood was ideal. One thing to note - there are a lot of light switches but make sure to turn off the exterior front lights otherwise you will get a note from the HOA taped to your door. The welcome gift from the management was very thoughtful and much needed after a long journey. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect spot for our extended family. This house was well kept and the neighborhood was very freindly and quiet. The Greenway is the best thing ever! Short walks both directions to great beaches on each side. We loved our stay here. The only thing I still wonder about is why the half bath was not offered or available for use. It was described properly as a 3 bathroom, but those are all bathroom suites inside of bedrooms, and no bathrooms outside of bedrooms were available for us to use. With a full house of 8 people, I would have gladly paid more to have full use of all 3.5 bathrooms. Overall an awesome house and would stay here again! P.S. it does have a great BBQ on the back deck which we enjoyed during our stay.

We absolutely loved the property; the location and view were excellent. We were a short walk from the beach across from the Grand Hyatt. The property was impeccably clean and even better than the photos revealed.

We had a terrific stay in Hale Kupa'a. The house was fully updated and nicely decorated. The rooms were all spacious with each bedroom having its own ensuite, plus a powder room. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Property was very well maintained and greatly appreciated the good quality beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Lots of hiking and beaching nearby, along with great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely return!

The layout was perfect for 3 couples and a couple little kiddos. All 3 bedrooms have an on suite bathroom. The kitchen and great room are perfect for the family to come together. The table on the back deck is perfect too. It’s just a short walk to the pool and beaches. The location is close to all the best Poipu beaches, food and shopping.Our interactions with the management company were all great. They are very quick to respond. The checkout process was the best I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely give this property 5 stars. The only thing I would recommend is a window covering on the bedroom window that faces the back deck. Not much privacy with an open window. Also, make sure you don’t have the exterior house lights on ever. We had them on at 7:45 pm because my sister ran to the store and some people from the neighborhood knocked on our door to tell us that exterior lights have to be off. It was only 7:45 pm. Other than that, everything was perfect and we had a wonderful experience.

This home was so nice. It felt like being at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. I would definitely recommend, and I would stay here again

We loved everything about the house: the location, the cleanliness, the layout, the style, etc. The online pictures don't do justice to the interior of the home or the large backyard greenbelt. We spent countless hours throwing frisbee while saying hello to passerbyers. The walk to Shipwreck beach is less than 5 min, and the walk to Poipu beach is about 10 minutes, both very doable even with a toddler in tow. We also enjoyed using the Poipu Kai community pool. One thing worth mentioning is that this is not your typical VRBO; it is managed by a luxury vacation rental company, and the communications and check-out process is similar to a hotel villa checkout process (i.e. no laundering used towels, taking out trash, etc). We have travelled extensively at Inspirato residences, and this was definitely at the same level. Would absolutely stay again!

What an amazing property! We were a group of four adults and two kids and this set up was absolutely perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The luxury bath products were amazing and the chairs/umbrella/beach towels were such a thoughtful touch. The location was a quick walk to the Grand Hyatt for the Luau and shipwreck beach. A quick drive and you’re at Poipu Beach, a grocery store, shopping, or restaurants. 10/10 would recommend, we would definitely stay there again

This property is amazing!! The house was beautifully decorated with high quality details, had everything we needed (especially loved the beach chairs, towels and cooler), and was in a great location. We took short walks in the mornings to see the turtles on the beach which was a highlight for us. We went with our two adult children/partners, and it was plenty of room. Everyone loved the house. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

Our recent trip to Kauai was a relaxing, easy wonderful experience. The house was perfect for the seven of us. My kids loved the bunk bed and having bathrooms with each bedroom made it easy for our family gathering. The house itself was beautiful, but it’s location was ideal. We walked every day either to the pool, the tide pools or Poipu beach. Our only difficulty was operating the high tech oven which was likely human error :-)

What a brilliant and beautiful house. We had two families of four with kids ranging in ages from 9-13. The open layout was perfect. The access to the greenway made it feel like you had an endless backyard. The walls down to Shipwrecks beach were easy and delightful. The concierge service was very helpful and the property management ver accommodating. We will be back.

This property is perfect, it looks so much better than the photos. It is so clean, the area is so nice with the wonderful garden and the kitchen is perfect, you find everything you need. We had a lot of barbecue and needed new propan gas and 15 minutes later we got it from the property manager - perfect service. We loved it and it is so close to the Poipu to walk with a stroller. Perfect stay in paradise !!!

The home is beautiful. I expected more amenities with this price point. Snorkel/boogie boards - Games and literature about the island have always been offered at prior rentals . The way the home is built you can hear everything and everyone. Great location

Love having the green belt right behind you! Love that you can walk everywhere!
