Great hosts, great place, very clean and very hospitable. Beach is right out front. Views are incredible.

As a VRBO owner myself, I am pretty particular about the properties in which I stay. This location was just as described -on the beach, and the porch each evening was quiet and a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning then of course there's the view! WOW! Beds are SUPER comfortable with great linens! The kitchen was appropriately outfitted, and the beach amenities were very nice. Loved having the golf cart and bikes we put lots of time on them all. I would absolutely stay in this location again - thanks for a great stay! Bravo to the mangers at 30a beach girls wish you managed my home!

What an amazing place in an amazing location. Our hosts were epic, thank you to Hollie for our bonfire and for the extra bikes! Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Loved everything, can't wait to rebook!

Immaculately clean and amazing views, this house was a great choice for our family getaway. Walkable to the beach, red bar, chiringo, and easy access too many 30a activities. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a 30a vacation. 30a Beach Girls is excellent with communication and their app is comprehensive, giving you all the details you'll need for your stay. The included bikes and golf cart made the stay even more enjoyable and fun!

I like that I was able to be in communication with any question I had via text with near immediate responses. My daughter and grandchildren love the layout of the home and want to rent only this house every-time we visit 30a. The views and proximity to the beach can't be beat!! Home was spotless and had everything we needed. See you in the spring.

The view is breathtaking. The beach was just outside. Grayton is quieter than the majority of 30a and this area is great for paddle boarding and shelling. The house was clean and well equipped with lots of goodies, towels and toys and had a golf cart and bikes. The 30a beach girls manager was responsive and easy to deal with texted often and assisted with dinner ideas. We would rent again!

Our spring break trip...sorry review is late... This house is perfect for Grayton beach living. Easy access to everything you will want to do and it was so clean! We used the beach toys that were provided and loved having extra towels too. Renting this house for a staycation was a great decision for our family. Sand and salt water is the best medicine. We loved this house! I appreciate the cleanliness and my daughters loved having their own rooms. I really don't have any complaints. The master bed was too soft for my personal preference but we really loved the convenience the house had in relation to getting to the beach and access to food and other fun things! Thx again! We'll be back!

Property exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, Beautiful, so close to the beach. The views OMG the views!! Most of the staff was top notch Kelly is so sweet and helpful, Megan came by and was adorable, Meredith was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Her tone, and brashness was nothing short of rude but others apologized for her and we weren't going to let her behavior ruin our trip. Otherwise book with 100% confidence and enjoy all this property has to offer! It was such a great trip! Redbar 1 minute walk!

We stayed five nights at "Stoked" in Grayton Beach. The property is in a fantastic location and walkable to the water (just a couple of minutes) as well as the rest of Grayton Beach. Although not on the water, it had a great view of the water. The property itself was spacious and fairly updated. Some of the beds, couches, etc were starting to show a little wear, but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. The management was great to work with and quick to respond via text. I would definitely recommend the property.

The location of this home is absolutely perfect. I traveled out to 30a with family including grandkids and we all enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean but I worried I had seen a few dog hairs, I reached out to 30a beach girls and after Meredith was very short with me and kind of a bit rude a Laura reached out and said she had a team on their way that would do anything I requested and have everything perfect and they did. Again I believe it was clean I just had some concerns. Kitchen lacks a few basic items nothing you can't live without. Laura, Kelly and a Holly that meet us there were very nice and easy to work with, very pleasant. We would return.

If you looking for a place to stay while visiting 30a, look no further! This place was hands down the best! Clean, attentive staff & beautiful home! We will be back. Jada was the best!! Loved having the golf cart. Thank you Hollie for helping with our last minute bonfire. PERFECT!

Kellie was a wonderful, helpful and accommodating host from booking until departing this beautiful home. We would stay again. Our group was made up of 6 of us. We all fit in comfortably. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was great for family breakfasts, adult libations and snacks. We used the porch swing every sunset - great way to get unwind after a long day of fun in the sun! We didn't have a car but the cart was perfect for getting around. The house was a great spot from which to visit Red Bar and Chiringos, just steps away. Overall, it was a spectacular stay, only complaint was leaving.

In town for a long weekend for a wedding in beautiful Grayton Beach. Needed early check in and 30A Beach Girls we're so accommodating. Can't wait to return!

We rented "Stoked" home for Spring Break 4/2-4/29/2022. The location of this home is truly the best attribute. Also, the self check in and check out process was easy. The home had 6 bikes available and a golf cart - none of which was mentioned by Meredith at the time of booking; we rented 8 bikes from Big Daddy's Bike Shop since we were not told bikes would be available and we were not able to return them for a refund - waste of $700 we didn't need to spend! The home is spacious but not fully equipped for 8 guests as listed. There are only 3 good beds unfortunately; the sofa bed is old and very uncomfortable. Bedding was not provided for it upon check in although our reservation was for 8 guests. Our children slept on the sofa downstairs instead which is not a sleeper sofa but was more comfortable. Extra blankets were delivered the second morning of our stay. The kitchen was not well stocked. Only 3 forks and 4 large plates were available although there were dozens of knives, spoons and bowls. The ice maker in the fridge did not work. The communication process with Meredith of the management company was difficult and response time slow. It sounded like we bothered her when we just asked to be provided items as advertised. Most importantly, the home was NOT thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Sheets and bed linens in master were full of black dog hair although the listing clearly states that pets are not allowed. Upon inquiring about the dog hair, we were simply told by Meredith the owners used the home prior to our arrival and the linens change in the master must have been overlooked. In addition, we found used soap bar in master bathroom shower; a pair of women's sandals, used tissues and an empty Gatorade bottle were still in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Upon repeat text messages to Meredith, we received various responses ranging from flat out yelling at us, to then someone sending us a champagne bottle on day 6 to make good for all the items that were wrong. There was one employee of 30A Beach Girls management company (Jada) who took the time to apologize for all the shortcomings and try to make things better. Meredith basically insinuated the pictures I sent with dog hair, trash left in rooms, missing linens and silverware were not true. As I have told Jada, we all understand that an issue can come up; it is how you handle the response that makes a world of difference. We loved Grayton Beach and look forward to going back.

We had the most amazing time at this property. Loved having the bikes and golf cart for our use. House was spotless, had all the supplies we needed. Beach Girls helped us set up a bonfire and also a day trip. The view never gets old. So relaxing to chill on the porch and watch the sun rise and sunsets. We will rent this sweet spot again.

Stoked is such a great place to stay! It is right on the beach…no crossing a busy highway! It's a perfect location to be on the lake or the beach and we really took advantage of that. It's also got such a cool vibe! We enjoyed the house and the stay very much.

This is our second time at Stoked. Both times we have stayed at Stoked in November. Great time of year to be at Grayton Beach. And, Stoked is the perfect place to stay.

We stayed here as a family of 6 for almost a week and had travelers in our party from ages 12 to 60 years old. We all had an amazing time and felt perfectly at home. Meredith, Hollie and Joy were incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had. I cannot recommend this house enough, it really did tick all the boxes and the location was superb for everything we wanted to do beach, beach, Redbar, beach and even bicycling. Loved having the golf cart! The house its beautiful and well kept, and we hope to return some time in the future! Thank you again see you in 2022!!!

Don't bother reading our review just book now! If you want a nice central location on 30a this is the spot. Look no further! The pictures really doesn't do it justice. Beautiful house, perfect location, and the communication with the property manager is great! Just book it, you won't be disappointed! It's a great place to stay for friends or family with kids. Just book it now and stop searching lol Make sure to have 30a beach girls set up a bonfire and pictures on the beach for you! You'll thank me!

The host's communication was phenomenal, Hollie and Joy were full of ideas and suggestions. Gorgeous neighborhood with the most enjoyable views from the property. House is spacious and accommodated our party comfortably. Close enough to get to most major destinations on 30a while also far enough away to give you a feeling of peace and comfort.

We loved our stay at Stoked! A fabulous home with a wonderfully relaxing ocean view from the lower porch bed swing and also the upper porch too. The coolest decor throughout! We enjoyed everything very much and hope to return again!
