We love “The Tree House”. The house is great for our group of 7 adults and two kids. The master closet is so large it can even serve as a great quiet room for a toddler in a playpen. The drive isn’t too steep and there is plenty of parking for several cars in it and on the side at the entrance. The hot tub was a great spot to ease the sore muscles at the end of the day and we all lived seeing the deer in the woods behind the house.

This house was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of. The kitchen was well stocked and it even had a crock pot. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay and a wonderful Christmas at 3225 Hopkins Drive. The rooms were cozy and spacious so everyone could spread out and relax and the children had plenty of room to play. High marks from everyone who stayed.

We went for a quick weekend before Christmas with family… what a magical time! Kevin was so responsive for the couple of hiccups we had, and was so kind and helpful. The house was beautiful and so cozy decorated for the holidays. Kitchen had everything we needed- we cooked all weekend and enjoyed every minute of our quality time.

Great accommodations for a family . Large table and well equipped kitchen . Very comfortable beds . Hot tub was a plus . Parking a bit hard in driveway but ample parking at top of drive . Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for JMU homecoming weekend. The house was as described. We enjoyed the deck (weather was gorgeous) and the view of the autumn leaves in the mountains. The place was clean, bedding was comfy and location was perfect! Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The house was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our party of 6. The pictures don't fully capture how nice the house is.

The house was clean and very well-appointed. The only problem was spouse had to sleep on the sofa because she was handicapped, Of course, we forgot to ask if a bedroom was on the first floor. We used the grill frequently and ate outside. Did not use a television or hot tub as we were only there for 3 nights. We have recommended the house to our Florida family.

This house, which is on the Massanutten Resort property, is an absolutely fantastic place for a family stay! The kitchen was well-appointed, lots of room to spread out, and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. Clean, comfortable, easy to unlock by all parties- we were a family group, 3 siblings, spouses and 2 teens.

This home was perfect for our family of 6. Accessible hiking and biking in the neighborhood as well as within less than an hour driving distance. Enjoyed exploring the college town with its cafes and coffee shops. House was clean. Grocery nearby.

We just checked out of this amazing house & I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most amazing scenery and breathtaking views. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were outstanding, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were able to cook delicious meals every night. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean with awesome water pressure! One of the highlights of this house was the outdoor space. The deck was expansive, and we spent many evenings in the screened in porch! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The location of the house was perfect for us. It was close to many hiking trails and outdoor activities, and we were able to explore the beauty of the area easily. Overall, I cannot recommend this house enough. It was truly a fantastic experience, and I cannot wait to return again soon. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful home for us to enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay for our daughter’s graduation from JMU. We had plenty of space for our family to relax between festivities!

Great house. Nice kitchen to work in. Well designed house and nicely decorated. Sheets were K-Marts worst…at least mine were. Porch may not have been tended to in several years. Needs painting and sofa needs slip covers, or a solution that works. Yard needed TLC and the kitchen a bit of grease relief. No way the kids could have gotten in to use the big fun pool, or the other one either. Wish we clued in on the need to sign up for amenities well in advance. Glad, in the long, run we couldn’t … great hiking!

The house itself was almost perfect, the beds could use some updating; a little lumpy and one sank in the middle. Lots of space, the bottom floor was cozy and perfect for lounging, the main floor had everything you could possibly need, and the second floor was nice just the three bedrooms and bathroom. The home is right within the resort property, only about 10 minutes from the ski lodge. The biggest problem I found with the place was the nice Blackstone Grill that was dirty and was not seasoned properly. Took about an hour and half of my time to get it cleaned and seasoned enough to grill some dinner, but it was nice. The hot tub was a bit cool and there was no instructions on how to operate the jets. So we quit trying after about 30 minutes of frustration. However, even with these minor issues we had a great weekend and would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay at The Treehouse was awesome and so easy. The house was very nice inside and out and had plenty of storage to put our “things” away. We loved playing family games at the big dining room table and we put the high chair and baby gates to good use. Parking was plentiful and wasn’t bad and we would definitely return! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved this well-maintained property at Massanutten resort. Everything was as pictured and in great condition, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was quite close to the ski lodge and main road--a super convenient location.

Our family of 10 rented for long Thanksgiving weekend. Hot tub was small for 3 people. With no access through garage which was locked, unpacking/packing 3 cars was difficult. Extremely steep driveway held 2 cars. No bath soap supplied. No fireplace or fire pit. Just gas logs in the basement (referred to as the lower level). Kitchen was OK. Two showers on upper floor were very small. Home needs a little work to spruce it up.

We loved the house. We made several big meals and the kitchen was well-appointed. The house was comfortable for playing games, chatting and hanging out!

Beautiful house and neighborhood!. Hiking trails are nearby and some of us enjoyed hiking everyday — and using the hot tub later. We loved the Campfire Grill at Massanutten and the Fall Festival. Had a nice visit to Harrisonburg and also the Cave Hill Brewery. It was a great fall vacation

Perfect for JMU parents weekend. Clean, nice open layout. Suggest noting in listing that garage is off limits. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was large and roomy. The hot tub was much smaller than we expected. The home is nice but very dated and could use some upkeep (flooring and rugs). Very good location.

House was very clean and nice. The driveway was very hard to park 3 cars all down hill. The mattress on the beds were not comfortable. The area was very scenic. Beside that it was a nice place to stay.

Sweet, slightly older house. Great base for Massanutten fun.
