This beautiful home is conveniently located for both shopping, beaches, and attractions in PCB. Nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. We loved staying here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and fun in the sun! Great amenities for children and dogs as well.

We had a great experience staying at Good Fay Sunshine! The property was just as described in the listing and very clean. We enjoyed walking our dogs to the public boat launch and through the dig friendly neighborhood. The location was very close to dining, shopping & the beach. It worked great for us!

The home was great it just wasn’t clean pet hair everywhere urine was on the floors in the bathroom.

This was not my first stay here but I decided to finally leave a review even though I rarely do that. I read some other reviews and there were definitely some updates since my stay here last fall. For example the master shower water was super hot and all the bedrooms had TVs now. That was a nice update for my kids since we had a few rainy days. They love the Wii. There were some games there on disc but one of my kids found early on that there are a ton of games on the hard drive if you click that app. They still mostly played mario kart though LOL. My wife and I REALLY love this area since it is much quieter and much less traffic than over in Pier park. Pier Park can be madness in the summer and this was more easy going and relaxing, easier to get around. It was a very short walk to beach access 13 and 15. We prefer 15 a little more since easier to navigate with the wagon and there is a shower station to rinse off. We also like to walk to Finns and Barracuda restaurants to eat, we've gone back to those places both trips here. We drove to schooners this time and really like that restaurant as well. Over the past few years we got tricked into the expensive tourist trap places all around Pier Park, but now we keep coming back here. We will probably stay here next time too since this house has been really good for us.

Great place to stay in PCB! Loved everything but master shower water was only luke warm. There’s a Wii gaming system but no games. The garage door code we were provided never worked. Otherwise perfection. These are the only things we found wrong with the home and those are certainly not deal breakers.

This home was fully equipped with everything we needed plus much more for a fun family getaway. My kiddos and my four legged children alike all had a wonderful time. This home made quality time so special!
