We really enjoyed staying here. Quiet street. Close to downtown and eateries. Owners are very thoughtful toward the comfort and ease of guests. We appreciated coffee and tea supplied since we arrived late at night. Very beautiful home. We would definitely return.

The Floridian was comfortable, clean, charming and well-stocked. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Management labeled every drawer so supplies were easily accessible. Pre-registration questions to house check-in to our welcome to periodic messaging—all communication from our hosts was first-class. In the future, I will happily stay at any property that Sugar Lilies offer. Thank you

My family and I had the best stay! Everything about the property is fantastic. My son just started at UF, so I'm happy we'll have lots of opportunities for future stays. A VRBO property doesn't get better than this one!

Fabulous property on all fronts!!! Clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we could possibly need (including sleep sound machines in each room), comfortable beds (and we are picky!), and a beautiful backyard. Everything was exactly like the photos. We were sad our visit was only one night, and we can't wait to return. My son is going to be a Gator, so we hope to stay at this property many more times. The host and person who cleans the property were so wonderful and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home is such a treat. Gorgeously designed and decorated, it was refreshing for our family to stay here. The floor plan is extremely accessible and every detail (literally everything you can think of) has been graciously thought through by the hosts. It’s spotlessly clean and the hosts are extremely responsive and kind. 10/10 we are already talking about when we will come back. Don’t hesitate with this one, it’s perfect!

This was such a wonderful home, absolutely pristine and great location. We absolutely did not want to leave, plenty of space for everyone to relax. All amenities were provided, the house was quiet as was the neighborhood. Recommend 💯 percent.

House is conveniently located to downtown and UF with plenty space for all the people it can hold and comfortable beds. It is a House that the host clearly pays attention to all details.

We had a great overnight stay at this comfy home. The place is EXACTLY as pictured and even better. Very nice and well throughout decorations throughout. They even had a pack and play for my baby which was a great find. The place is quite and central to UF campus. Only thing we noticed was that the main bedroom was warmer in comparison to the rest of the house which we mentioned to the host and he promptly replied that they would look into it. overall 5 stars and would def stay there again!

The house was beautiful and very, very clean. We really appreciated that! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you. The children enjoyed playing cornhole in the backyard and the location was a short drive to UF and convenient to downtown.
The only reason we would not rent this home in the future was that we regularly heard the sounds of engines speeding off and loud music as cars waited at the stoplight nearby. We could hear people talking on the sidewalk in front of the house into the morning hours. There are sound machines in each of the bedrooms which helps a lot for sleep. A sound machine in the living room would be a great addition since it is counted as a sleeping area as well.

Went to visit our daughter for a birthday weekend. The house was nicely decorated and clean. The check in and check out were very easy. Would definitely return on future trips.

3 couples, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms = privacy & comfort. As soon as we walked in the door, the scent of cleanliness hits, then the impressive décor in every room. The beds, pillows, & sheets so soft and comfortable. Truly a home away from home.

Visiting adult children and hosted dinner for 4. This house has EVERYTHING and is so lovely. Outdoor space was a gathering spot in the evening and for morning scripture study and prayer!

We had a wonderful weekend in Gainesville at this adorable Floridian style home. No detail was missed for a great stay. I am an interior designer, and I can tell you that whoever styled this precious home did such a great job. It is so clean and loved the decor. It just had a very happy feel. We enjoyed being in the down town area so we were only a 5 min drive to Sorority row and super close to all the restaurants. We hope to stay there again on a college visit to see our daughter.

WAO!!!!! The house was very well detailed, all the small decorations really put this place this place together. Sheets, towels, and blankets super clean and fresh. Bathrooms very organized. This place was perfect for my families vacay weekend.

Fourth of July 🇺🇸 Getaway
Friends and family decided to take a trip to Gainesville and do something different. We were all extremely pleased with the house and how clean and well kept it was. Narayan was responsive to all our inquiries and did so in a very timely manner. I must say that the pictures you see on the site are reflective of the house itself. It is centrally located to all shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations etc.. I can safely say when we come back to Gainesville we will make sure to see if this home is available.
