My family had a comfortable time at this condo. Having a garage was a the best part since we were able to park our quads and suv in it overnight. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were very clean. Super easy to access without disturbing anyone. Love the floors, no carpet. Lots of steps so not handicapped friendly.

My two teens and I spent 3 nights here and it was perfect for us! The location was ideal-so close to all of our favorite Pismo food places and a very short walk to the beach, thought still a relatively quiet street. Will book again when we visit Pismo!

You can walk to everything on the beach and downtown Pismo, and not use your car the entire stay. Owners were helpful with all requests. We plan to stay here again.

The home was clean and efficient with all our normal “home” needs. We forgot that we had the garage opener before we got on the freeway home and luckily the caretaker was available to take it back. But that was our own fault, but another reason why it felt like our normal life. It was wonderful to hear the beach waves when you can’t sleep at night and need some peace a quiet? The balcony was bliss.

Enjoyed our stay. Apt was very clean and everything you need was there. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Such a wonderful condo to stay in while at Pismo Beach. Easy to find, walking distance to the beach and it has its own garage. Double bonus!

This place was very clean and had everything you would need for a stay. Also provided some drinks and snacks which was nice. Very quick responses and location is so close to the beach and restaurants.

Jyoti's place is really comfortable and in the perfect location. We enjoyed our New Year getaway - Pismo was the perfect location for us in LA to meet up with my best friends in SF. There were 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and the place was just perfect for our party size. Hosts were attentive and presented very clear check in and details about the unit. Great stay!

Nice place, close to the beach and downtown. Could use a printer for those of us who take work-cation's. Also, could not get the BBQ to start, didn't have any matches or a fire wand in the unit to start the BBQ. Overall, very nice.....

Had a great visit to Pismo Beach. This home had all the essentials to make our stay comfortable.

The location was top notch. Walking distance to many of Pismo's restaurants and shops. Even easier access to the beach. There was one potential issue... that really wasn't an issue. Regardless, property manager was very responsive. Available beach chairs and beach towels were extremely convenient. Everything in the kitchen was more than sufficient.

The location was perfect for our family beach vacation.

2nd time staying here and enjoyed it as much as the first time. check in was very easy and the owners are the best at answering question or handle issuse that may arise in a timely manner. everything was walking distance ( like 5 -10 mins)which made getting around town easy, cant wait for the next trip

3rd time at this property - which should tell you something. It is consistently good. Clean upon arrival, little to do for check out, but I decided to run the dishwasher and take out the garbage for the clean up crew. The location is fantastic! Short walk to the beach and close enough to downtown to walk anywhere... its also just far enough to not have much traffic (cars and foot). Loved it and will most likely stay again. Had a slight issue with the garage code on day 3, but Jyoti was quick to get in touch to remediate the situation. Only things I would update is maybe replace the bed frame in the master bedroom (squeaks like crazy), perhaps provide a remote for the garage, and add an additional way to lock the front door. Just having a coded deadbolt was somewhat worrisome as we're not sure how often the code is changed - Jyoti happily changed the garage and front door code for us prior to arriving this time. I will note Jyoti is an excellent host and was always happy to help. One thing I noted was that if you're a Keurig fan (We aren't) they had a good selection of teas, however, all they had was decaf coffee for Keurig, so maybe provide better selection for Keurig as well. We do plan to come back to Pismo and Jyoti's property is definitely our first choice!

We loved everything about this place and would stay again. Owners were great to work with and wanted our stay to be enjoyable. Top Notch!
