This apartment was perfect for our stay near LA! Very safe and secure - would be wonderful for a small family or a couple. Communication with owners was WONDERFUL and they really went out of their way to make it easy for us!

We enjoyed our stay for 7 days at the apartment. Felt safe the entire time. Gated location. Was 3 day girls trip with my daughter and granddaughter. Excellent location for traveling around CA. Near the Zoo, the Observatory, Universal Studios and Warner Brothers Studios.

This was perfect for our first visit to California. Comfy and easily accessible. The check in details that Ray provided we excellent. Highly recommend this cute little place.

Apartment was in a great location, not too far from many places I wanted to visit during my trip. Easy to access when coming off of the interstate as well. It was very comfortable and the owners were very accessible and communicative when I needed them.I would definitely stay here again when returning to Los Angeles!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking and the hosts provided snacks and essentials. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is firm and the living room didn’t have curtains to block out light from outdoors.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The hosts are first rate and have thought of everything - and the location is superb. Perfect for Universal Hollywood in particular - which was our main reason for visiting. The thoughtfulness of providing groceries on arrival sets this property, and specifically its owners, apart from other rentals. Everything looks like it does in the pictures and the neighbourhood feels really safe - which was a consideration for us when booking. This rental is a credit to Vrbo - thank you for letting us stay here! We loved it.

My kids (3rd & 5th graders) wanted to go to Universal Studios for their spring break. Looking at the Giants season schedule, I wanted to take them to a baseball game. Win-win, with this Glendale Vrbo rental! It’s close enough to the 5 freeway, for access, but not so close as to catch folks using the surface streets to Waze-around traffic jams (gotta admit, I avoided rush hour driving). The apt’s interior styling is exactly as pictured and there were no surprises. The buildings exterior is very understated and if you’re unfamiliar with California apartment architecture of the era, you will be forgiven for mistaking it for an early 1970’s office building among the block’s other business addresses. The greatest asset was the on-site building management team of Ray and Sandy. They were available to help out in person when I had trouble with the coded lock. The kitchen was stocked with cooking tools and eggs for our first breakfast😋 Maybe it was leftovers from the prior guests, who were from Europe, but it was great to have cereal in the cupboards and milk and butter in the fridge! The one caveat I have on this Vrbo is that there is no security for your car. Parking is in a carport built into the building and it’s a tight squeeze and there was inches of clearance for my 2014 Mazda SUV. If I had special tires that raised the roof-height even a little above manufacturer standards, I would have been in trouble. But all went well; would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication, made it easy to check in. Loved having essentials in the fridge and cupboards. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a foamie for the cot, to help make it a bit more comfortable. We would stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed here while visiting family and we loved the proximity to attractions such as Universal Studios, which was very easy to drive to. The parking spot was so nice to have and easy to get in and out of. The place was well furnished with everything we needed for our stay and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I would caution to others is that there was a lot of noise from neighbors late at night. We could hear a man talking very loudly outside the bedroom, even screaming and crying at times. Thankfully my daughter was fast asleep and isn't sensitive to noises. So if you're sensitive to noises or a light sleeper, you might want to consider that. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and thought that it was a very good value. Thank you!

This was a pleasure trip for Spring Break. I just needed to get away and relax. This VRBO is an excellent choice for that. Very well stocked and clean. The location is convenient to many tourist destinations and the onsite parking is a huge plus when so many chain hotels charge a fee to park. I will definitely use this VRBO again and will highly recommend it to others I know looking to vacation in the LA area.

We were in town for a quick business meeting, so our stay was short. I'd like to go back again and take time to explore the area. We really appreciated this apartment along with Ray and Sandy, the hosts. Everything was very inviting and comfortable! The pool would have been great if we had time and the weather was warmer. And having a few snacks and drinks stocked when we arrived was such a nice touch! I highly recommend this place!

Ray and Sandy were great hosts. They were easy to communicate with and accommodating. The listing is exactly as indicated. The whole complex actually gave my son and I Karate Kid vibes!!!! lol! Ray and Sandy had a full working kitchen and even provide some essentials, so appreciated! I was able to make coffee each morning with milk they bought for us. My son enjoyed the pop tarts in the cabinet. The location was about 20 mins- 1/2 hour from everything we wanted to see. We were in LA for a dream trip for my son. We also had our own covered parking spot. They also provided fully furnished and VERY comfortable bed, towels (with extras) in the cabinets, and toiletries in the bathroom. There was really nothing more they could’ve provided. Staying here was so much better than a hotel!!! My only unexpected thing was the thinness of the windows. Our first tonight had some people outside the master bedroom window talking at 2 am, it woke me up and I was able to hear their whole conversation. You also heard the road noise, not that it was loud, but you could hear it as everything else was quiet. This wouldn’t deter us from staying again though, just something I wasn’t expecting. Thanks for a great place to stay while we exploring LA, it truly added to our wonderful trip!

Stayed 4 nights. VERY QUIET apartments!!! We stayed in #8 and it was wonderful that coffee is provided and a great selection too. Water is provided which was super and so thoughtful!!!! There are other things provided that we didn't use...there is jelly, coffee creamer, cereal, spaghetti noodles, butter, milk, eggs, pancake mix, and toiletries like extra shampoo, shaving cream, toothpaste, and much more...There may be people who will use those things...and I might have, in an emergency...however, I am a bit of a "germ nerd" and have issue using already opened things, unless opened by me or my family. It was a very nice place to stay...and will.be back if our travels bring us back to the area. Thank you for your lovely place and stellar "customer care"!!!!

We had the best time staying at this property. Ray and Sandy were amazing hosts, very communicative and generous with the stocked pantry and fridge. The whole place was clean and neat, everything you’re looking for and more! It really exceeded our expectations. Will for sure stay here again when we’re back in LA! What a gem of a place! Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The fridge and cupboard was well stocked, and plenty of coffee! Perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood. I have traveled extensively, and this was the most comfortable bed i have slept in. Highly recommend this apartment.

Well-kept and updated apartment in Glendale. Comfortable king bed and easy check-in. Two positives really stand out: the responsiveness and flexibility of the hosts, and the food items stocked for us in the kitchen (eggs, milk, cheese, butter, pancake mix, popcorn, etc). It was so helpful now to have to make a trip to the grocery store right away. 😀 Great place to stay!

Stayed for one night, safe area, very clean, smart TV, parking spot is a plus but there is also plenty of street parking. Also a great breakfast spot across the street!! Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in LA!

Ray & Sandy's property was perfect for our holiday, the location was a great hub to explore California and the parking spot was used it was a bit tight for our Nissan Rogue hire car, but simple solution was my family jumped out while i parked. We used the pool at the propery a few times, was always clean and additional pool towels came in handy. We didn't have much interaction with the owners when at the property but was great to know they lived on site so if we needed support they wetr there, was very nice coming into very well stocked fridge and pantry. Really can't speak highly enough of the property, the pictures don't actually do it justice. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we're absolutely staying here again.

This is THE place if you’re planning on staying on LA. Hosts were super attentive, accommodating and communicative. Driving to universal was a breeze! Property was super clean, bed was comfy…. Everything about this stay was PERFECT!!! We wanted to swim a little bit but the weather wasn’t that good… but the pool looked good too!! We will definitely be coming back!!! 10000000000% recommended!!!

We arrived later than expected driving in from AZ. The apartment is absolutely adorable clean and cozy. It was great to immediately get a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. The hosts were extremely receptive and helpful and accessible. The property is quiet, which we loved. The apartment is so clean and having some breakfast food and water, helped the kids and I get out easily in the AM. The apartment was extremely conveniently located near Universal. We slept well. Beds were comfortable and the AC units kept the temperature perfect. The location felt very safe and secure. I would love to return!

I truly feel lucky to have found this quaint little place to stay. For the value, it was spot-on. The location was perfect for our trip to Universal (Super Nintendo World!) and the property managers are easy to access and helpful. It’s worth knowing this is an older building and not a luxury stay at the Hilton. But free parking and provided breakfast is a rare find and we are so thankful.

This condo was perfect for a family of 4, for visiting sights around LA (zoo, universal, walk of fame, Beverly Hills, etc). The best part was that it was fully stocked with everything you need, even some basic food items. We would stay again if we are in LA!

Sandy and Ray were great hosts, their place felt like home and the entire aesthetic was beautiful. The location is also convenient (highway isnt far) and easy parking. I also loved their hospitality; they had food/snacks already available, so not much grocery shopping was needed on our end. I will definitely book with them again!

Spacious, quiet, clean and equipped with everything you need, even extra towels for the pool which we really appreciated after a day in LA.
