Great selection of breakfast options, excellent staff, clean room. The airport shuttle service was on time

The property was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly!

The breakfast sausage was not the best both days. Improvement needed for breakfast however the waffles were delicious! Keep the waffle are cleaner.

The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Overall it was clean.

Having to valet my car. This was a higher priced room. Then there were a ton of taxes and fees and then they had limited parking so required valet. So more costs. I think the parking should be included as they don't give you an option. Breakfast was okay, very hotel basic, not very good. I was also disappointed that there was no room service, even though this is a more expensive hotel.

Did not know about $25 day parking. Really don't like that. Also right on the freeway. If the A/C wasnt on all the time would have been very disturbing

I saw no reason to require valet parkiing at $25 per day when the parking garage was part of the hotel building and seemed no more difficult than common parking garage. At least the valets were very good. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The comforter was far too heavy and, worse, had scratchy threads on both sides, making falliing asleep very difficult.

Front staff and valets were lovely!

It would have been nice to have cut fruit at breakfast.

Clean, nice location, and breakfast was good.

The neighbors had a dog that barked for 40 mins straight. It was 10:20pm when it started, and we had to get up early the next morning. No self parking. Valet only. I'm not a fan of not knowing where my car is at all times or someone else driving my vehicle.

Great location near the Burbank Airport. Large clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff was somewhat unclear that the airport shuttle didn't run on the weekends, but they comped a Lyft which was just fine.

Rooms are basic and outdated. Old appliances, furniture etc. I could have stayed at at the Springhill Suites Marriott with much newer facilities for the same price and same or closer to airport

Staff was excellent. Hotel very clean. Very good breakfast.

Wish they had a indoor pool.

Closeness to airport and the shuttle driver was fabulous!
