Nice place, in a convenient location, enough space for my family. A bit more instructions on how to use the heated floors would have been helpful, they worked but it got awfully cold in the mornings.

Was great value for spaciousness, location and amenities

Check-in was awful, lock box worked- no key inside, dog too hot in car because of it, code and lock jammed - didn't work even after dispatching someone from terrorist network and Winter Park. Decided to leave.....

Lock on door did not work , one person had to stick around to make sure nothing was stolen. Besides not picking up the Trash from the previous people there were no instructions of when it would be picked up which is probably why it wasn't. The trash was not bear proof and we had to pick up trash all over the driveway after a bear got into it. No Coffee pot. No air conditioning which we knew but on a previous review/reply said that fans would be provided if requested which we did and was told that they wouldn't be. Might want to think about putting up ceiling fans if you plan on renting in the summer. It would have been nice if the backyard had been weedwacked.

Great home, needed to be cleaned better outside, the deck was very dirty with dog mess and leaves all over it, the patio furniture was moldy and needed cleaned the flashing from a roof vent was just lying on the deck must have blown off before I got there. The inside was dusty and all the windows were unlocked and un safe when I got there. The key holder outside doesn't work mist of the time so I left the key from it inside on the counter after licking the keypad lock to the door. It could have been great but over all was good,hot tub rocked!

It was overall comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable and seemed like a double and not a queen. I wished there was bedding other then then the bedspread and sheet, like a blanket. But overall it was nice and homey. We made nice meals and had great time together. The outside space was nice.

Good location, nice hot tub

This is all about dog friendly place. Nice area with space for good dog walks. Elevation pizza nearby is a big plus (note there is a back road while map program recommended a left turn on 40 with no light). Hot tub appreciated. Note, I believe beds are doubles, not queens. Floor heating can be perfect, but controls were awkward and tough to get right. The bus stop is very close, but is located on the far end of the black line. Overall, fun of having a dog friendly place was worth it.

Listing should mention no air conditioning which is common for older mountain houses, but they typically have ceiling fans to circulate air. This house has no ceiling fans or stationary fans. $500 cleaning fee and all the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher when we arrived. Dishwasher needed slammed shut in order to run (handyman needs to pull it out about a quarter inch and shim it so it will function properly). 1) If you arrive late in the evening in the summer the house will be 85 degrees as you’re trying to sleep the first night. 2) Windows open means you hear all the traffic coming at all hours while you’re trying to sleep. House sits on a main access road to the backside of Fraser. 3) You’ll also hear the train 2-3 times in the middle of the night with the windows open. 4) Third bedroom upstairs is useless unless you like sleeping in 80+ degrees. There is one window on the second floor with no screen which means zero air flow on the second floor. If you do leave the window open then mosquitos come and visit. Back porch area is kind of ratty.

Nice house, the kids loved the hot tub.

Great location with plenty of clean space to stay.
