This is a lovely and spacious home. The house is very well equipped with and it makes you feel at home. Private and very close to the beach, shops and restaurants makes this a perfect getaway. My family and I are definitely renting this property again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! We truly appreciated all the child amenities (pack and play, high chair, baby gate, kids dishes) which made packing for our trip so much easier. There was an issue with the AC on check-in and Adriana had someone out within the hour and it was fixed. My boys LOVED the pool and hot tub and we were a 3 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

This was a nice house. We have stayed at SPI rentals properties and this was nicer without all the BS. Master bed was most comfortable VRBO bed we have had. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Owner was very easy to contact.

This was our second time renting this house. It is a great family gathering place! The pool area, game room and main floor family space is very conducive to family fun. It is 1/2 block off the beach, the house is well outfitted and the owner is easy to work with.

We had a girlfriend getaway and had a blast! The weather was fantastic and this place was a perfect fit for our group. The owner answered our questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

The house was amazing!! The property manager was very nice, helpful. The house was fully stocked with everything and more! My family enjoyed having lots of restrooms and also being able to walk to the beach! We will definitely be coming back!!!

My first impression when walking into this rental is it is beautifully decorated and the pictures do not do it justice. The host was incredibly quick to reply to any messages or requests that we had, and had tons of accommodations that we were not expecting. Our group consisted of five adults, two children and an infant. The house is more than large enough to accommodate us, and even provided an area where my daughter started pulling to stand for the first time. The house is a quick walk to the beach and located near dozens of shops and restaurants. Very relaxing and beautiful.

Had a fantastic stay for my family of 5. The house had everything we could ask for and was very clean. No bugs at all. The location is very close to the beach..not even a 5 minute walk. We were also able to see SPI 4th of July Fireworks from the deck...a huge bonus. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you would need for full cooked meals. All the appliances were great and seemed to be newer. An extra cookie sheet would have be helpful. The pool was amazing. We LOVED it. The hot tub was very hot and fed into the pool so it wasn't cold. There are plenty of pool and beach toys in the garage. I would have liked the ability to turn off the VERY bright security light on the pool at night. It kinda killed the vibe...but I understand it's for security purposes. It was clean also...the pool guy game while we were there. The game-room was an added bonus...LOVED the pool table/ping pong table for some good family competition. For the beach...there are plently of beach chairs, a large cooler and awesome wagon. That saved us on soooo much extras we didn't have to put on top of my SUV. I honestly can't think of any complaints other than the showers are really small...and not really a big deal. Overall we would DEFINETLY go back when visiting SPI. It was just a great week. Adriana was awesome to communicate with before, during and after the rental.

This property was great, engaging for the entire family; it met all expectations with great location and awesome amenities. We were a family of six adults and two children under the age of 7. There was bountiful space for everyone to relax together or have their own space. There was easily room for more people The host was very responsive to a few questions we had. We would definitely consider this property in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was well stocked and organized. We loved the quick access to the beach and the fact that the home had beach toys, wagon, coolers etc. all things that are difficult to bring while traveling. Host was attentive and helpful. Our older kiddos loved the pool/ping pong table. Great stay, and we will be back next time we’re in the island.

My family had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for more. The location was perfect for us - head east and it's a quick walk to the beach or to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar - head west and it's a quick walk to Cafe Karma for coffee and ice cream, Burrito Express, and Hooked on Seafood for the fresh catch of the day. The house has everything you need including beach towels, toys, chairs, coolers, and a huge wagon which was super helpful! The heated pool was wonderful and we spent most of our time there swimming with our daughter. This house is so big and there were only 4 of us so we would bring more people to enjoy it with us next time! The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This was our first visit to South Padre Island so next time instead of renting a car we would arrange for airport transportation and then rent a golf cart for the week. We will be back!

Everything about this property was a perfect fit for our family! The host was amazing and got us a few things we needed for an infant. She responded promptly and was a great host! My grandkids especially enjoyed the pool and location to the beach!

This house was great for us! The weather was cold but we didn’t care we hung out in the house and enjoyed the game room and warm pool. The house had everything you could want. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit SPI.

Had a family wedding. All the aunts and uncles stayed there together, so it was like a family reunion. Worked great. Nice Place.

We could not have been happier with the house. Ideal location walking distance to the beach, wonderful heated pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, great living room open to the kitchen, and a fun game room. On top that, the host was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. We could not have asked for more

We were very happy with our stay. Property was clean and very close to the beach, only a couple of houses and a vacant lot off Gulf Blvd with beach access point diagonal from that. Large wagon as well as plenty of beach toys and beach chairs provided which is very nice in that you do not have to bring your own if you do not want to. Nice clean and well-maintained pool. House is laid out well for a large family or two families. It is two stories so there could be some access issues for people with less mobility if they needed to go upstairs. Fun game room downstairs with a small bar/kitchen area. We had only minor issues that the property manager immediately responded to and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I don’t believe I have ever had that quick a response and follow up. Will definitely rent this property again and can highly recommend it to others.

House was as advertised-clean, spacious, and right next to public beach access. The pool was great to have on the windy days. Everyone had a great time.

This is an amazing place to stay! The house is beautiful and so well equipped! The bedrooms are all spacious and organized. The house is so well taken care of and it was perfectly set for our stay, which was very appreciated. I rented for a work retreat and it was PERFECT. I loved the extra spaces to commune like the game room and the pool. We found ourselves at the pool in the afternoons and in the game room during the evenings! Having the beach right around the corner was awesome, that particular access is a perfect spot to camp out on! Also, big plus was that Adriana was such a wonderful host to work with. If you're wondering if this is the property for your stay - IT IS! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect, property management was very accommodating

Very easy access to sand and sea. Rooms were clean and nice, endless amount of towels. Kitchen was very well stocked! The layout was beautiful. The kids had a great time in the game room. Sound system was very nice as well. Pool looked great at night too! Can't wait to return next summer. :)

The house was just like in the pictures. Very clean and spacious for our whole family and loved the private pool. Super close to the beach. The host was very fast in responding to the messages. Would definately come back to stay
