Wow! You want to be In All That Miami Beach Has to offer? This is it!! You Found it! We enjoyed our Sisters Trip 2024! We had a Blast! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, clubs and to the beach!!

The location of this property was perfect ! The host was very responsive in their communication. The property could’ve been cleaner, especially the bathroom. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work either , but overall if you’re looking for a prime location.. this is it.

I just got back from spending 5 day at this location, the location is great close to the beach and attractions. Unfortunately, the pictures of the apartment is very different then in real, the view is not what you see, you see buildings and streets not the palm trees or the ocean. I understand that this is close to the beach, but windows should get cleaned before new people arrive. The place is old and not that clean as we had to clean it. The pool is at the roof top of a bar, pool was not cleaned so only went once. It says to be quiet after a certain hour but our neighbors came back at around 3h00 am a few nights and were very loud. The hallway is also not clean, and stairs and lights should be changed as they were broken when we walked to our apartment. Overall I wasn't pleased and disapointed.

We enjoyed our stay. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the property (sandy floors, dirty areas throughout, very dirty sliding windows) and some broken amenities (beach chairs/ironing board) but overall - for the price and location, it was great. The host was very responsive upon being notified and we felt that even though we were in the heart of one of the busiest areas in South Beach, it was absolutely quiet enough to be comfortable and we had no issues with music being too loud. The property is a 5 min walk from the beach, and within walking distance to any number of restaurants or stores. Would return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo for the most part. Very good location and surprisingly quiet for being right in the middle of the ocean drive area. Nice little kichenette . Great view of side of the Versace mansion too. Bed was comfy and my daughter said that the pullout sofa bed was as well. Only complaints we would have was not only to towels and the shower/tub combo was a little inconvenient. It was hard to keep shower curtain closed tightly and water would easily get on floor. You also have to reach through and behind shower curtain surround to turn water on and off. Id bive it an 8 out of 10.

This one bedroom apartment was in the middle of everything! Check in was a little confusing, not knowing where the office was. The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a restaurant on the first floor. It’s a little loud at night until about midnight. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location, best place for your $$

Right on Ocean Drive but relatively quiet. Nice kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave. Looks at Versace mansion just across street. Owner quickly responsive to any issues.
