Great view and quiet neighborhood!

Our 2nd year staying at this house and it won't be the last! The location, easy access to the dock and the sunrises over Lake Hartwell are outstanding. The house was very clean and in great shape, plenty of sleeping rooms, places to chill inside, fire pit and grill and more - along with a user friendly kitchen. The owners are great and easy to communicate with.

Perfect location for boating and fishing. You can see the Broyles Point Landing from home. Loved the circle drive so you have plenty of room for parking your boat. Neighborhood was very peaceful. Home was super clean. Having two kitchens makes it perfect for family to separate yet there are plenty of areas to get together. Kitchen and baths well stocked. Hope to come back soon!

The house was perfect for us! We had an amazing time and the views from the house are picture perfect! House was clean, well equipped and the owners were easy to deal with. We had such a great time we left fishing rods for the next family!! They are a must!!

This property is the perfect scenario for any group of fishermen! You are close to a great ramp at the Broyles Recreation Area and you are in the perfect location to fish multiple sections of the lake easily. The house has a pull through driveway that is a life saver for anglers traveling with a boat, you all know what I mean…our group had three trucks, all pulling 20ft bass boats, and we had plenty of room for one or two more rigs of that same length. It’s rare that you find a house that will hold this many people and four or five rigs. There are plenty of outdoor plugins for multiple boats to charge batteries, and the boat dock has a lift and power to charge your boat, so we put our boat on the water Monday and didn’t take it off until Thursday. The house is nice and spacious, so even with a lot of people in there, you don’t feel on top of each other. The gas grill made it nice to cookout and enjoy the view of the lake while you enjoy dinner at the house. The access to a washer/dryer was also great after a rainy day on the water to get rain suits dried back out. This house is a perfect place for anglers to stay, so take care of it fishermen.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is so light-filled with beautiful lake views. The dock was a perfect set up for our boat. The basement area was wonderful for the teenage girls to camp out separately from adults. We hope to come back again and again.

Spacious, nicely appointed home on a beautiful lakefront peninsula. Great bedroom furnishings, plenty of living space for different groups to spread out and have privacy, and ample parking. Host was very communicative and very helpful addressing anything that came up during our stay.

We enjoyed this property with our grown children and their spouses for a long weekend. The location is incredible for the sunrise view. Everything was just right. We definitely plan to go back.

Great property, great views, great place to be with friends and family! We fished, we boated and enjoyed 2 wonderful meals at the Portman Marina around the bend! We had a friendly Heron who frequented the cove and the neighbors cat stopped by when we were cooking out, but he was busy so he didn't stay long!

We had a wonderful family and friends weekend on the lake. The location was perfect! The dock was very accessible. The decor was so warm and inviting! Love the modern and boho mixture. I could have stayed all week...

This home suited our family perfectly. It was exactly as described. Home was very well appointed. We didn't need anything. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The beds were extremely comfortable. The use of the dock with the lift was wonderful. Home sits directly across from a boat launch. Which was super convenient. We were able to see several beautiful sunrises out the back of the home. Plenty of parking available at the home. Owner was quick and easy to communicate with. Will look to rent again!

My family and I had a wonderful week! The house was beautiful! Very clean and the view was amazing! We had a great time spending days on the lake! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!

The house is beautifully decorated with all new furniture and accessories. It is great for families! Prime location and yard, comfortable beds, spectacular place! We would definitely rent again.

Great house for two families, each with 2 kids. House was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped. The extra fridge downstairs came in really handy for drinks. Dock is very nice and covered, and we could keep our canoe and inflatables there instead of dragging them back up to the house. Great spot for swimming with calm water. Mostly entered the water from the dock as the beach area was pretty muddy. Water was very warm and enjoyable. Two TV watching areas was great so kids didn't have to fight over what to watch. Lots of space throughout the house. My dog was too scared to go down the spiral staircase, which were a little steep and narrow, but other than that, it was perfect!

We had a great stay. House is spacious with room to spread out. Great swimming on a deep water cove with not a lot of traffic.

Great property located in quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, AC works great, solid dock in nice cove close to a sandy beach. Would recommend and come back.

Our oldest attends Clemson and we were trying to find a place to stay for the 4th and make a fun weekend out of it. We lucked into finding this new rental and it was perfect for our group of 8…and our lazy dog! It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to campus. The house was very clean upon arrival and was sufficiently stocked with most items. The layout of the house worked great for us with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down with basically 2 kitchens. Bedrooms on each floor are on opposite sides of the house so there is privacy with big open areas in between. I will say that the stair case going downstairs is a pretty tight spiral staircase. Our dog wouldn’t go down it (but like I said, he’s lazy) and I would be cautious with young children going up and down. If you plan to do a lot of inside cooking I would maybe bring a few items of your own (larger pots/pans) but we were good with what was there. The grill is very large and easily handled all of our needs. We spent a majority of the time on the dock/swimming. Nice covered dock in a small cove, deep water and great view of the main lake. We rented a pontoon from Clemson Marina one day and had a great time exploring the lake. The lot is very large as well, front and back. The owner of the house reached out several times during our stay and she was excellent! We would not hesitate to rent this house again!

We stayed for a short weekend (wish it was longer). It was fantastic, a great home with plenty of space and beautiful lake access. Quiet neighborhood. Exactly what we were looking for, can't wait to come back.

Exceptional location on the lake with dock. This property is very well maintained and was well equipped for our party of 10. We really enjoyed our stay mostly indoors (because of cold weather).

Sorry for it being so late in the evening for a response, but we are just getting back to northern Minnesota...we had a blast!!!a buddy of mine had qualified for the Bass Masters Classic, so he and his family and me and my family stayed there together...it was perfect!!!I have zero complaints, there was nothing we were lacking or in need of...I will have no qualms recommending this piece of property to anyone I hear of that maybe going in that direction...Thank you for providing us with top notch accomodations for our first ever visit to the state of South Carolina...thank you again, Kent
