The host communicated with us frequently and was super helpful with the whole process! The location of this condo was perfect! So close to the beach and pool and the neighborhood was so friendly and welcoming!

Communication with owner was excellent from start to finish. The place was perfect for a long weekend or week getaway. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely return for another stay.

Vito was a great host who ensured our stay would be a pleasant one and we can't wait to go back and stay again. Everything was clean upon arrival and the pool and beach were easy access. Our family had a wonderful time!

I came to Florida when my mom had a heart surgery here on vacation. Everything was chaos. But Vito was super flexible and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed to be taken care of. The easy access to the beach was so, so needed. The condo was clean and easy to get in (no steps, first floor, walk in shower, shower chair available). And the pool is right next to the condo. Thank you Vito!!!

This charming condo style unit was just perfect for our family of four and our dog. Access to pool/beach was so great. Unit was very clean, stocked, comfortable. Location very accessible for great dining, shopping, recreation.

Excellent. The only issue was entirely my faulty selection and does NOT reflect the property or our host.
In future, if I travel again (unlikely) I do require at least a partial ADA compliant property.
I do need a roll in shower and require an ADA approved toilet.
My careret had to go to Walmart to purchase a toilet seat riser to make it safe for me to use.
And again, let me say:
It is NOT a reflection on the listing, which states none of these units are ADA compatible. Or the Host who was unaware of this issue.
I thought it would be OK. I was wrong and made a poor choice.

Vito was a SUPER Host. He kept in communication to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The condo is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach and also the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return again.

This condo was easy to find in St. Augustine. The unit is ground floor so great for accessing the pool and beach boardwalk. We loved the deck for spraying off sand when returning from the beach. Beach chairs were perfect for lounging at the shore.

We stayed at this property for two nights on our way from Indiana to the Keys. The owner was fantastic. He was very communicative and accommodating. He did anything and everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. We were well stocked in everything we needed for a few days. Where it was a little chilly we didn’t get to utilize all the condo or complex had to offer, but everything looked amazing so I’m sure we would have utilized the pool and patio more if it were a little warmer. We would stay here again.

Right on the Beach and this particular unit was right next to the pool as well. The entire community is well kept and easy to navigate. Close to many restaurants and shops. Also not too far from Historic St. Augustine.

My daughter and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Vito was the perfect host. Awesome communication and very accommodating and it felt like he truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. The handy info that was sent to us once we booked, made check in smooth and effortless. The condo is clean and has the home comfy feeling. It is literally steps away from the beach! This was a trip to celebrate my daughters 18 birthday and to check out Flagler College and this was the perfect place to stay! It was close to the historic district and the amphitheater we were attending a concert at. We will be staying there again in the near future, and hopefully for a longer stay. Thank you Vito!

We loved our stay here! The home is really comfortable, and the location is just wonderful. Plus OVC is a great spot — beautiful beach and awesome pool and safe place for the kids from all of our families to ride bikes and walk around. Perfect spot for vacationing. We loved it!

Everything we needed was there…the wiener did a great job of communicating when we had a minor issues with parking passes and the neighbor who who stepped in to help correct the problem was super nice.
