1. Hosts are very very nice and warming. 😊😊 2. Best location to Iwatake Ski/Snowboard ⛷️ just 5 minutes from shuttle bus (in front of the door). you can see bright stars by walking 3-5 mins in urban areas!!! 🌟 3. Breakfast, Dinner all excellent traditional Japanese style food. 🍱🍤🍵🍦 I will miss this hotel and the hosts very much. 😭 I have been travelling to Japan for over 10 times, but this is the first time I feel very comfortable to chat and live. My girlfriend forgot to give the key back, but we were able to pass it via Hakuba Station Lost & Found (Please note if you are also like us) 🤦‍♂️ 4. The room is bigger than my expectation, can open up 2 big luggage bags inside the room. Thank you for serving us in 3 days, we will surely come back in the future. 😁

If there is coin washer/dryer that will be great, cause Ice Skating is a sweating sport at all. We are afraid of running out of clothes 😂

9.5/10. would be a 10 if there is a proper ski locker. the staff are wonderful people and my family has a great time there!

We took a room with ensuite bathroom and it was really warm, clean and comfortable. The included morning breakfast were prepared by the owners very nicely and were amazing!

Great Breakfast, lovely, super helpful and kind staff. Located right next to shuttle bus station that takes you to Happo One Gondola. We were in a group of four and after 3 nights of our stay another room became available and we were given two rooms for the four of us at no extra charge. Also the elderly gentleman who runs the establishment is one of the nicest human beings you'll ever meet. The location is perfect if you want to be in a more quite area, the mornings and nights were very peaceful.

However, the location is not in the main part of town, so you're slightly limited for night activities, that being said the 7-Eleven is within walking distance (and has an ATM) and there are a couple good eating options on the same street. Also there is a night bus shuttle that runs every hour I think, so it's no problem to get in and out of the town. The language barrier was present, but it's really no concern (it is a foreign country after all), it may take a little longer but everyone understands everyone eventually, haha.
