This is a beautiful vacation home! My family of 11 truly enjoyed this home. Clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location on the Massanutten resort. Beautiful scenery! Can't wait to visit again!

First off I wanna say how easy Andy is to work with. He's very accommodating and very responsive. The house is great. It's five bedrooms three bats. I was there with my family for my granddaughters graduation over the weekend and we had such a great time. It's a very Comfortable home the beds are comfortable. All the TVs worked and you can get onto Smart TV or music if you needed to I really enjoyed our stay and we definitely go back again. There's so much to do in the area. It's a resort we didn't have time to do any of that, but for summer or winter you got something to do all the time if you want to.

MR. Andy home was very lovely and cleaned. I didn't have any complaints about his home. I will definitely use this home again. He was also so easy to contacted if needed. If there was more stars to give I will give him a 10.

My family of 14 needed a quick mini vacay and chose this country living home. Everything was super clean and comfy. Overall the stay was excellent. I suggest bringing your own wash clothes if you don’t like cheap thin ones and if you have a huge family like we did so you are not washing every night. I will say the owner Andy was pleasant and responded to all my questions and concerns. Prepare to have a peaceful and scenic view

We rented this house for our daughters JMU graduation and it exceeded our expectations.
Andy was a great host and very easy to communicate with and the home was better than advertised.
The spacious master bedroom is wonderful and all the rooms were spacious.
We hope to return in the future

Home was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Lots of convenient activities nearby. Great for large families. Owner was accommodating and easy to reach. Would definitely go back!

We rented this property for our family to stay for my Daughter’s JMU graduation weekend.
What a great location & beautiful home.
The master bedroom is very spacious and the overall layout is accommodating and spacious for a family of 12.
The amenities are just as described.
Plan on returning for our next JMU graduation.
The host is great with communication & quick to respond to questions.

we were a large group of family and kids and this place was fantastic. we were in awe at the amount of space, decor and just the environment in general. it was nice and cozy but large. it had all the amenities that we needed. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend .

Located near a lot of family activities. It’s a nice gated community. The surrounding area is scenic, it’s a quiet neighborhood as well. House rules are clearly indicated and well communicated. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The driveway is steep but that seems to be the norm because of the terrain in the area but it’s nicely paved.

We enjoyed our stay. The inside of the house is very nicely decorated, the outside could be a bit more user friendly. The beds were amazing! I do feel like since there was a cleaning fee the house should have been clean upon arrival, and it was not. Overall, we enjoy our time.

Family vacation
We went and stayed with my immediate family (parents,kids and grandkids) 11 of us total. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and still have our privacy. The location is beautiful and close to lots of fun activities for the kids. We had a great time!

Excellent stay in well-equipped home!
Four families (8 adults, 6 kids) enjoyed an excellent stay for a group! We cooked all our meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoyed the front porch, the kids running around collecting rocks and leaves. The seating and living areas were comfortable for the group while the kids enjoyed the TV room. The home has been tastefully updated and everything feels new and fresh. The owner was super responsive and helpful via email and text. It was a perfect home for a family and friends getaway and we’d happily stay again.
