I stayed here with friends for a ski weekend at Heavenly. The view is unbeatable! The pantry was stocked well with essentials for cooking. We comfortably fit 8 adults and all enjoyed the property.

Unit #635 was fantastic and everything as described. Situated right on the lake... the views are bare none the best whether it's first thing in the morning or at sunset. We had 6 adults here and plenty of room. Stores and restaurants of all sorts are close by. Would highly recommend staying here and we would for sure come back.

It was super nice having the beach right out back and then the hot tub right down the way.

We loved the location, the place was set up great every thing was ready for us when we arrived, 4 parking pass on the table, information and rules very clear for us to understand and fallow. The kitchen was well set up and had every thing we need to cook our meals. But the place was very dirty, cobwebs every where, the oven was very dirty, it need a deep clean. carpets stained all over the place. Cabinet had years of abuse wood and stain all rubbed of around all the hardware. The place has been well abused and not kept up with and needs a remodel. Even the couch pillows had lots of stains on them, it felt dirty. :( If not for that if would of been a prefect place.

Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The late check in and early check out times also took a couple days away from the overall stay which was disappointing.

One side of the property (with a couple of big windows) is along a walkway to the beach, so if you have the shades open, you will see people walking by. We enjoy people watching and ran into the owners of our favorite local deli because of this! The kitchen was amazing - stocked very well with everything you need with very good quality products. Property description says "Coin/card laundry facilities are available in the main lodge" which is true, but it should also state clearly that there is no washer/dryer in this unit. We have been staying at LV for many years and don't recall one of these larger units (not including the lodge units in the front) ever not having a washer/dryer. Still, it was not a deal killer for us. There is a large TV in the downstairs master bedroom (not mentioned in description). Three stars on property condition was due to a number of things that needed to be fixed or cleaned that we reported immediately (bent window screens on all of the bedroom windows, very dirty white fan in a bedroom, loose wall outlet sticking out from the wall, bedroom lamp that didn't work, a set of blinds not working and need to be re-strung, cabinet light over the bar was not working. Was disappointing having to spend part of my vacation taking photos, texting and emailing back and forth to resolve. Gave 3 stars on condition instead of less than 3 because the staff at RnR were VERY quick to respond and take care of what they could immediately! Note the windows in this unit are a bit difficult to move (somewhat sticky and rough sounding) and the property manager said it is because they are original windows from when the property was built in the 1970's! We did not have anyone stay in the loft because it was so hot up there (despite using fans and windows as recomm). Despite our initial poor impression, we would stay here again due to the great location and RnR's taking care of everything so quickly!
