Very spacious apartment,, all you need is there . Very quick access to the pool. We had our dogs with us which worried me because they are used to big spaces but this fit perfectly for us. Will be coming again !!!!

They were ready for us.place had not been clean from party before.
Master bedroom carpet was nasty.
Once we got in it was overall nice place.
If you can find a unit in same complex with no carpet it would be great.

Great place and location. Close to beach Broadway at Beach barefoot landing. Dog friendly. Lower level which is perfect for pets. Had everything you needed.Will definitely be staying here again. One advice. Provide more wash clothes for bath and kitchen. We only had 1.

While we very much enjoyed our stay, a couple of things could have made it great. We received a warning from the condo association about hanging our towels to dry over the porch railings…had we known about the rule, we wouldn’t have done it. Meanwhile there were cigarette butts all around the gate and the patio (maybe from upstairs tenants or previous guests?) We couldn’t find the WiFi password anywhere so we called the property manager who said he gets the same call every time a new guest arrives. Seems like it would make sense to have a welcoming book with this info in it. While the pool was a wonderful addition, the gates that allow access are not the gate closest to the unit, an owner was on property and told us to walk around to the other gate for access otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to use the pool. Again, pertinent info to this particular unit that could have been shared via a welcoming book or even a sign on the fridge. It was very obvious that the owners in the assoc don’t care for the renters but the location was great, it was comfortable and reasonably priced. Overall we had a wonderful trip.

Property was in nice location. Great access to Myrtle Beach and other activties. Only issue was the pool fobs didnt work at all so we didnt get to use the pool.

Made for the perfect family vacation

Location was very convenient to local attractions. Pools were well kept and pretty private. Many days we had the pool to ourselves and one was conveniently located right outside the condo back door. A few general maintenance issues would make this property even more appealing. For example, the toilet seat in the master bath is broken and the blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced, as there was no privacy if someone was walking by outside the bedroom window.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo had all we needed to be comfortable for the week.

Don't rent this VRBO if you have IBS or intestinal problems. Owner provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (I've stayed in other vrbos that gave you extra rolls and towels- I had to go to the store and purchase extra paper products) 1 hand towel per bathroom and for a family of four they provided 4 bath towels. Overall substandard stay with the bare basics. The couch was so uncomfortable and hard cushions - we found the couch cushions pushed in and folded inside the frame of the couch upon arrival. Beds satisfactory. TV was not working - owner responsive to trouble shoot problem - my husband fixed it. Patio furniture in poor condition. In our opinion, not worth the money. The cleaning fees outrageous and obvious the place was not cleaned or inspected properly. Bathing suit outside on patio and a bag of dog poop left on patio- Dots of mildew on fabric shower curtain in master bathroom. The grounds were very beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It appeared to have been freshly painted with new curtains. Perfectly located and we love being on the first floor with our puppy. Only negative is you can hear the people above you especially in the mornings which is just the way these units are built. As with all rentals there were a few little things that could have been better but overall we were very happy. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Unit was as pictured which is always a good thing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils we needed to cook meals vs. having to go out every night, and the pool was literally in our backyard. The lock code was much easier than having to remember and carry around a key. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Location isn't close to the beach but was very convenient to the convention center and tons of restaurants and the grocery store.
A bit of maintenance is needed on some minor issues but nothing that would keep us from staying there again.

The condo was the perfect location and lay out for us. The main floor condo was just what we needed for our aging large breed dog. Love how we could walk out to the patio and to the pool! The location gets a 5 star! Close to many attraction,beach,golf, resturants and shopping.

experience perfect. Missing screen door! Only one 🦎 guest joined us. The sofa! For the month stay, a newer version with support would be nice. Mattress covers and more dish towels and cloths. The carpets could use a deep clean. Several visabel stains in both of the bdrms...

We didn’t even get there yet, and there was a problem with the keypad getting into the door from there smoke alarms were hanging from the wall , curtains fell off as you open them , heard everything from upstairs from the people who lived in the upstairs condo sound like elephants running back-and-forth went to the bathroom late at night. Bugs were crawling at my feet . the owner of the condo refund my money that day!! but try to get my deposit from Vrbo service fee and still waiting after fIVE phone calls , three emails this is a disgrace and bad business !!! I would recommend not using Vrbo ever again.

We were really pleased with our stay at this residence. The unit is as advertised and even had a few extras. Property manager Shawn was very helpful and was more than accommodating! My family was very impressed with the location and easy of access to the beach and all of the other places that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It's a beautiful place but some bed sheets have stain we don't know if it's food stain?my sister is concerned because we have kids with us.Dog hairs in bed sheets and couch pillows.The owner and manager are nice but i think they need to change the people who clean the place.

Beautiful property! Quick responses from renter when needed. Close to pool. Approximately 10-20 minutes from most popular spots in Myrtle Beach, including the beach.

Decent stay
As advertised. Great location if you don’t care about being on the beach (we don’t). Mere minutes from restaurants and shops and activities. Great neighborhood with outdoor pool. Ground floor unit with view pretty view of the courtyard. Plenty of room for a family or small group. All basic amenities and kitchen supplies. Several minor maintenance issues need addressing. Worked well for our physically handicapped son. Probably would not stay again due to cost for value. But overall, a nice unit and responsive owner.

Pros- Clean. Comfortable. Good location
Cons- Closets in bedrooms should not be storage for linens etc. very messy. A full set of silver ware makes a good impression.
Upstairs tenant very noisy kids running jumping, you can hear every movement.

Perfect spot for a family stay
This property was the perfect fit for our family of 4 plus pups. The location was very convenient to Myrtle Beach attractions and CCU. The ground floor condo made it easy to get the dogs out for their walks too. The condo was very tidy and had ample space for just hanging out. We will definitely stay again!

Nice Condo at Myrtle Beach
We had a great vacation! Shawn, our host was very helpful when I had an issue and quick to respond. The home was exceptionally clean, very nice and spacious enough for 4 adults and a small dog. Very pet friendly and safe neighborhood. Condo is on the first floor which was a plus! Close to most attractions and restaurants. A little tricky when first arrived because all homes favor, but look for the trim colors. They differ to help navigate. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to be close to entertainment but away from a lot of noise. We will stay again when visiting the area. Thank you Shawn for allowing us to stay in your home.

Conference Stay
First impression of the property was as advertised! We encountered a little difficulty gaining access to the property but the property manager was swift to assist us with this in less than 5 minutes. The property was very clean and had all amenities necessary for a great stay. I am looking forward to booking this property in the near future.

Weekend getaway
The property was easily accessible to most attractions, clean outside areas, very pet friendly with pet areas and clean up stations. Local restaurants and close to the beach. The contact person was able to answer the few questions I had and did so in a very timely manner.

Awesome ground level condo!
Listing pictures were exactly as the property is. Ground level condo with easy parking.
Close to all attractions. Great property for pet owners. Will definitely book this condo again. Food Lion, Walmart neighborhood and CVS a few blocks away. Owner was very responsive with check in and restaurant recommendations.
