Given incorrect information on start up instructions: Wi-Fi was incorrect. Unit was not ready. We got there late and the cleaning team was there (however, they gave us the Wi-Fi). Shower still had hair remaining. Toilet lid would not stay up by itself. No TV remote, could not watch TV. Screen Door would not close (rod bent), The kitchen was updated and the reason we rented the house (in town to host Mom's birthday party) Everything worked and it good space (dishwasher did stink). Bedrooms were fine. The location is great; convenient to anything in Florence.

We had a nice stay. There just needs to be some updates to the home. The living room ceiling fan came out of the ceiling. The secondary bedroom sheets had holes in them and need to be replaced. The ceiling fan and light did not work in that room. The attic, is extremely hot, we couldn’t get it to cool down even with the two units. I think it would probably bc okay any other time than summer. When the house is rented again, I would also have the bedding cleaned. It felt like it hadn’t been used in a very long time so critter got in there. I’m sure it’s just normal for an older home. The house was decorated very nice. If it were my own home, I would recommend having ir professional painter repaint. It would look amazing if it was!

We had a great trip. The house was clean and as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived in town for a family wedding. The manager had sent us check-in instructions prior to arrival—simple! We loved the property and have no recs (1 light bulb was out!). Check-out was easy as well. Great experience.

Comfortable beds and living area. Nice kitchen and basic needs provided. Enjoyed our stay while our family visited the Helen Keller home, Music Hall of Fame and other places in area! Lots of good places to eat in Florence! Thanks!
