centrally located near the bus lines to every where including the metro. There is a nice coffee shop and many small restaurants around the place.

There was no toilet papers and toothpaste but that was okay since we were there for 1 night. Little bit away from the centre but easily can be reached to city centre through bus and metro.

The host was responsive and clear, the room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful private terrace. Walking distance from Tiburtina station.

water leaks from shower onto bathroom floor, pictures do not match what I expected to receive (there are multiple listings inside same booking.com listing), extremely small if you get the small unit, shower fan does not work so it gets humid, netflix does not work despite advertisement it does.

No negatives

It was close to the Tiburtina train station ans metro. Eady access to an airport train, not so close to major sites. We wanted to be in the middle of the Rome LDS Temple and downtown so chose this. It would have worked great but half of a major metro line was under construction. It had a nice terrace area and a jacuzzi bath tub and a kitchenette. The price was very reasonable.

The shower in the tub flooded the floor and ran into the kitchenette because there was a flexible plexiglass divider that swung out. No one was on sight, so if you needed something you had to call.

We really appreciate small terrace with chairs and a table which was perfect for evenings with wine. The staff was very kind and comunicated with us before our arrival. Our room was cleaned every day.

The locality was quite loud, there was a noise outside at the terrace. But it was understandable because it was near the train station and in the middle of the city. And our room was quiet enough, when we close the window.

Little bit of noise from other rooms, rooms may seem tiny.

I stay at InternoUno very often, and usually with my partner when we go visit family in Rome - the location is excellent and the staff very helpful.

Unfortunately the last time we went were given a super small room, with a queen bed, which wasn't even a double, and we could barely stand the two of us together in the room! Quite claustrophobic as that is really not a double...it makes it difficult to trust them again another time!

I'm completely satisfied! Also, the owner was very kind and nice.
