Great stay at Villa Mediterranea. Great hosts. Perfect location. Very rich breakfast. And very very clean rooms (daily maintenance)

Oh what a wonderful place this is… Very well positioned, right at the beach, and few steps from Zlatni rat and city centre. The staff been helpful from the very first moment and luggage delivery from our car & helping with the parking in the shadow. Then the welcome drinks. Beautiful pool and well look after garden and surrounding.. Quiet evenings, and we followed the advise from the owner to take the North side room (overlooking garden and pool) as it is much calmer at the terrace, and you are not exposed to the strong sun all day. We had to leave early and couldn’t stay at the breakfast, but they were so kind and prepared a lovely travel pack for us, with fruits, yogurts, fresh pancakes, and some sandwiches… Love you! 💙 Definitely recommend this place… Rob A.

The location was perfect, walking distance from the very nice centre of Bol and next to the beach and beach clubs.

Location is good, just couple of steps from the promenade. Hosts are great, very welcoming. Breakfast was nice and the atmosphere very cozy.

Parking felt a bit unofficial and is a little far from the apartment. Kitchenware could be a bit better if you want to prepare something by yourself.

Mario was really facilitating and friendly. He upgraded our room and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He also allowed us to checkout later without charge. The room was spacious, bright and very nice, with a balcony facing the sea. Comfy beds. Beautiful villa and surroundings. Pool on-site.

We missed to have some shampoo+shower gel as they only provided with soap bars. We had a misunderstanding about housekeeping as the room was not cleaned but Mario resolved it very quickly; excellent host ;)

Mario and the team were so friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Although the weather wasn’t the best we still had such a great time and we would definitely go back! The rooms are lovely, as is the pool area. There was also a great selection for breakfast. Thank you for having us!

The accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful, but what really made this property stand out was the amazing staff! The host and the staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and homemade. Such a nice way to start your day, enjoyed out on the patio.

oh, we had such a lovely stay at Villa Mediterranea Bol. First, we got a parking very near the Villa, and the VM staff helped us with all the luggage and served welcome drinks. the room was ready immediately and it was very fresh and clean, with a fairly big terrace and wonderful view over garden and pool. beds are super comfortable and big, so we had a great rest.. breakfast is served at the garden and this was just great.. carefully picked items, and lots of variety, pancakes, fruits…. i wish we go back there… thnx VM team for all the attention. 👍

It was a short but great stay at Villa Mediterranea Bol. Very warm welcome by the host and a great attention by the team. Room was very clean and tidy, and breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is just superb, right at the bеach…. Frеsh and well-maintained garden is so inviting for the evening rеad… 👍👌🏼 Thanx to the VM tеam for this great stay.

Fantastic location only steps away from the beach, a few minutes walk from the town centre and Zlatni Rat. Great pool with both sunny and shady areas. Spacious apartment. Very friendly host and staff, lovely breakfast.

Sasha and Jesse were so lovely - fantastic hosts and made our stay even better than expected. Lovely room overlooking the pool. Breakfast each morning was great - especially the omelettes! Would recommend to anyone visiting Bol/Brac, couldn't be closer to the beach and only a short walk from the main bit of Bol.

Absolutely nothing

Location is great, close to beaches and town. Apartment has everything you need. Lovely garden and pool. Sasha was very present and really friendly and helpful- a great host. Nice and quiet place.

Only thing is they didn’t take card payment and wanted cash which we didn’t have. Had to arrange a bank transfer in the end which took a bit of time. Just inconvenient for guests if cash is expected. Accommodation should take card payment I think. Hence the 9 not 10.

The apartment we had was overlooking the gardens and pool area and had a nice balcony, where you could always find a spot away from the sun to chill or read. The apartment has a very good standard and the location halfway between the famous beach and the village is perfect as well....just a quick stroll down from the flat was a marbled pathway ca 2.5 m wide and it went along the ocean ca 1.5vkm in both direction and a perfect start for a run or a fast walk in the mornings, on both sides lined by pine trees. Soak in the atmosphere early in the morning, magical. In every direction there are numerous opportunities to stop for a drink or eat something, sunny or shady, your choice. Chrystal clear waters and a drink, hard to beat. The breakfast was very good, you could decide if you wanted a fresh omelette or other kind of eggs, a pancake or delve into the fresh made smoothies, prepared with a smile, thanks a lot Jessie ! The staff was very helpful on all occasions, like with recommendations on restaurants (Yum, thanks Stan!) or helping us to find the parking just 5 min walk from the apartment. I felt as relaxed after a week as I usually do after 2 weeks and that does not happen too often. 9 out of 10 for this place because there is always something to improve, but I could not name anything right now....it is no wonder that families have been coming back for years in a row...I would love to myself and it is the combination of a great flat, chilled people and the lovely village and beaches of Bol that make this place a true star.

Great location right at the beach. Warm welcome and friendly people working there. Beds are extremely comfortable, Rooms are very clean and the entire house is well maintained. We loved the really rich breakfast they serve in the garden. There are plenty of beaches around as well as many sports activities. We read some previous reviews abt the prices - But we found the price very fair for what Villa Mediterranea offers you... The staff recommended us some hiden gems across the island and booked for us the restaurants that were officially fully booked, so big kudos for that.

I really loved my stay in villa Mediterranea. the location was just perfect, and with a stunning view from our huge terrace. The staff was polite and very accommodating, and always in good mood… The breakfast was superb, and the two guys were really fulfilling all our wishes - he even prepared eggs Benedict on my wife’s simple request. 🙏🏼 Not to mention fresh pancakes.. and all done with a smile… The rooms were cleaned every day, which was great - the ladies doing it been so polite and never disturbed for a second… Also, the cleaning standard been very high here. The atmosphere was very friendly and am really Looking forward for my next summer with these guys. ❤️

It was one my first time in Croatia, and Bol and i am in love with it. Villa Mediterranea is a very friendly place to stay where staff really accommodate any of your wishes and they really make you feel relaxed… They brought all of our luggage from the free-parking straight to the room…. It was crazy hot outside and they served us cold welcome drinks at the garden. The Villa itself is very well maintained and perfectly clean. (And there is a beautiful fresh perfume within the house). I have to mention 2 things that were outstanding: king-size comfortable bed and warm outdoor shower by the pool. (Btw, the pool is maintained daily and there is a very polite guy taking special care of it every morning)… Breakfast was so well done , it put me back in to the my childhood. Well done & thank you. We ll definitely come back to Bol and Villa Mediterranea again.

The access with a car. It is very difficult to get near the property with a car and with some mobility issues this caused a few problems.

stunning property right at the beach, and like 5min walk to the centre. the walk is very nice as it is all by the sea, wherever you go. the breakfast is great and offers a lot of variety.. the rooms are super clean, and it the bed is very comfortable. definitely the place to recommend ! big tnx to the Villa Mediterranea staff for making our holidays perfect.

Villa Mediterranea overall was excellent. Besides a lovely apartment with a great view, we also (and more importantly) had a very friendly host (Sasha) to help us with our stay. That kind of kindness fosters an family-like atmosphere, which makes the stay that much more pleasant.

Exceptional location, walking distance from bol center, as well as from the famous beach. Very carefully prepared breakfast. The room itself was great, the bed very comfortable and the staff very welcoming.

The only thing we didn't like and is the reason we give a score of 9, instead of 10, was the fact that they charged us more for paying with a card, instead of cash. It is not much, 3.5%, which is probably the card fees, but essentially what it means is that we paid more than "agreed" while booking. This increases the competitiveness of the listing in booking and is a bit unfair for other hotels, which might publish the card price of the room and just give you a discount if paid with cash.

The people.. Stanislav and the team were so friendly and the communication was excellent. The cleaning staff always walk around with a smile and the chef was great, making some awesome omelettes. The place.. awesome location being a few steps from the promenade between the golden horn beach and the town centre. Some great beach bars to unwind after a day sunbathing in the fabulous well kept garden and lovely pool. Loved it!
