The host was very responsive and accommodating. Location was an easy trip to Disneyland. Overall the place was okay. Cute spot and served our basic needs.
Cons: There was conditioner, but no shower soap. Walls are thin, so you can hear outside noises easily. There were flying bugs in front of the complex, in front of the elevator, stairwells and our balcony, but it could be the time of year. Either way it should be dealt with.

If I could give zero stars I would this place is not clean the ceiling had like mildew stains in the living room the carpet was dirty the shower was yellowing as well as the toilet under the kurig there was water stains they left out a nasty old sponge for me to clean dishes with. The furniture was small and cheap looking I was unable to stay as the house smelled like an old wet 2nd hand store and my husband got an asthma attack due to the musky mildew mold smell. We had to leave and pay for accommodation elsewhere. They are not willing to give me a refund on 2 out of 3 days of my stay because they said I contacted them late on the 2nd day after one of the employees told me it will be 2 days refunded. So I have to take a loss because of their error. I would not recommend staying here.

The apartment was nice and clean. Very roomy for a one bedroom! Our host answered quickly when I could not find sleeping bag. The 4th floor roof was the best place ever to watch fireworks!

Had a great experience- would love to book with them again! Check-in and out were smooth. Neighbors are quiet-apartment is in a good neighborhood.

this property was perfect for what we needed. we had. a layover at lax and decide to extend it Into a disneyland trip . it was nice and close.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean. We had an issue when checking in with the security door that set the alarm off, but the host was able to fix it quickly. Also, we had the kids on the air mattress and we found that it had a hole in it, but the host was able to get us a new one really quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, which is always nice to see at a place like this, but could’ve used some salt. The only thing we wished we could find was a power cable for the record player so we could listen to the records that the host had there.
