1000% better than we had imagined. Clean, quaint and quiet. Just what was needed to get away from life for awhile. Already booked property for same time next year. The premises had a wide arrange of reading material and games. Kayaks and life jackets for all sizes. Even had a life jacket for our 11 year old golden retriever who loves to kayak.

You can't beat the location of this charming cottage. Plenty of space inside and out for our group of four sisters. The owners were very responsive when we needed help with a couple of little things,
and having the kataks and paddles was a big plus. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again!

We really enjoyed the cottage on the water at Lake Canandaigua. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the location of our home was great. We really liked the way the cottage was furnished with very comfortable chairs and beds and a very antique charming look. I would recommend this cottage to anyone interested in vacationing at Lake Canandaigua. D&J

The cottage was very comfortable and well stocked. We spent 3 nights in mid-October. Even though the weather was cool and rainy, we enjoyed our stay because of the beautiful view on the lake and area. The guest contact was very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a week and it was enjoyable. The view is beautiful. It had everything we needed and little extras stock were unexpected. We did find there needs to be a couple things updated or need of repair but it didn’t effect our stay or overall experience

Stayed for 3 nights during PGA Championship week in Rochester. The house is well stocked, very clean, right on the water, and very close to town. We enjoyed it and would stay there again, for sure.

The place is right on the water. You can't get any closer. The sound of the water lapping up the sea wall in the mornings and evenings was so relaxing. Sometimes, we did not want to get out of bed. We just wanted to lay there listening to the water. Great place! We'll be back.

We were able to relax, read, sit in sun outside two afternoons. Visit wineries. We took our dog. It was perfect for a fall getaway for 2.

Small but lovely cottage. We loved that the water was so clear that it made swimming off the dock very enjoyable. We brought kayaks and had a great time, even as the weather was ominous at times. Thank you for making my summer mini vacation very enjoyable!!!

Comfy cottage
We watched the sun set over the lake from the house and its deck, and then could fall asleep to the sound of lapping waves outside the main bedroom. Cottage was clean and had plenty of pots and pans. Thoughtful touches included doggie poop bags (although we had plenty). Near Canandaigua and Keuka lake wineries and downtown Canandaigua dining. Less than a half-hour to Geneva, and less than an hour to Seneca Lake wineries.
