We stayed at this property as we were visiting family nearby. The property has an excellent licatio , and although on the older sude, it was clean and an easy process to enter the property.

Great location and excellent value for money

Very adequately equipped unit - literally a hop, skip and a jump to the beach and fantastic playground. Hidden gem and great for affordable family weekend. Great 70s vibes! Nice to have fully equipped kitchen and laundry liquid/loo paper in good supply. We’ll be back!

We had a fantastic family getaway. The property was just as described and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfy. Fantastic location right across the road from the beach, park and playground. We will visit again.

The location of the property is amazing. Walking distance to the beach. Only went for a weekend (had a wedding in Bega), would book for longer next time

The property was good but Dated Requires internal paint, new flooring and kitchen But was worth the stay for it was clean and had every kitchen utensil that was required.

This property is simply perfect for a family like ours. We have 2 adults and 3 children. All girls mind you 2 are 11 and one is 6. They loved sharing the bedroom together. Of course it was all down to best behaviour for the top bunk 😂. All amenities that a family would need. Washing machine and dryer are heaven! Very comfortable hommy feel, was very quiet when we stayed. Lovley neighbour who loves hearing families staying. Krankies down the road for coffee was best I've ever had and we are from Vic lol. Wouldn't be able to afford to feed our family there at all though. Extreme quick walk staright to a crystal warm beach. Or a little further down the road to mitchies jetty. We stacked the beach cart up with all our beaching nessecities and had the best time swimming, sunbaking and snorkeling in the bay. BRING YOUR RODS! Wish we had brought ours. Could not recommend this property more, can't wait for our next stay, we will be regulars. Thank you so much for our stay Aaron.

overall we had a great stay - it was just a bit of a shock getting there and finding out we had to bring our own linens as not having internet/Wi-Fi couldn't open any emails before our arrival from the UK we also had trouble finding where the lockbox was as it wasn't very clear which unit was which as they were not clearly numbered. we also had trouble opening the lockbox as one of the digits had to be half way between the two numbers. it was lovely and quiet and peaceful once we settled in and it was lovely to be able to go across the road and walk along the beach and reminisce about all my childhood memories of holidays in Merimbula thank you Valma Evans

We loved our time at Merimbula staying in this Unit. It was clean, tidy and a great location - right across from the beach, walking distance to great coffee, and it had everything we needed. Thanks to Aaron for being a great host!

We enjoyed staying in this well located and spacious unit. Very good value if you don’t mind a little old and dated. The use of garage to store our bikes was also very useful. Would recommend if you do not want to pay top dollar for modern unit but still have great location opposite beach

Great location near beach and eateries, not far from centre of town

Right across from the beach, this was a lovely and relaxing place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It's a simple property with everything we needed. The apartment is in a great location and we were able to see fireworks from the balcony. We loved having the garage to store our beach equipment. Aaron was very responsive.

Great unit so convenient for beach days and town not far either. Cafe and fish n chips so close by too. Deft be back.

Great location, clean, great price. Exactly what we were looking for a family stay in Merimbula!

Not a modern unit but quite good value for our money. We were very happy with this choice.

Basic but nice, everything was functional comfortable. The unit was a bit dusty and smelly, but possibly hadn’t been stayed in for a while. It had everything you’d need except for bedding and towels. Fantastic location, easy check in and out process, secure garage.
