This is in a great location. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Would love to return!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and was large enough for our family of 15 including children as old as 5 and as young as 3 months. The golf cart was definitely an added bonus! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Living room and kitchen was large enough for our family as we cooked dinner nightly. I did notice that the kitchen cabinets were quite dirty when we arrived. Lots of old food and stains were noted so I did feel like I needed to wipe down the kitchen once we got there. Thankfully I had brought my own disinfectant spray because I could not locate any cleaning spray anywhere in the house. I also could not locate a broom or vacuum for the first couple days until someone came to look at the garbage disposal. He was able to locate a vacuum and broom in the locked closet. He did note that it was not supposed to be in the locked closet. I also could not locate a iron or ironing board and ended up purchasing one while we were there as we were doing family pictures that evening on the beach. The pool and spa was very nice. At one point we were told by the gentleman servicing the pool that if were want to wear sunscreen to please use the community pool as the sunscreen was making the water cloudy. I did think that was a strange thing to say as one of the main reasons we chose this house was because it had its own private pool that we could use frequently as the little ones napped inside the house and we all needed sunscreen as it was hot and sunny all week. I did think it was strange that out of the 8 bathrooms only 2 had bathtubs which is only an issue for families with lots of little ones who take baths. Overall we had a wonderful time and house was beautiful and clean (other than the kitchen cabinets).

This house was perfect for our multigenerational family stay at the beach. It was decorated beautifully and was well supplied with household items. The pool was a big hit with all of the family. The kids especially loved the splash pad. The only real negative was the parking for the private beach, as in there was none. We had too many children and supplies to walk so we ended up at the public beach at Pompano Joes. Private would have been nice but public was fine. The golf cart was a real blessing. All in all the property was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend it.

Our family of 15 (ages 1-65) had an awesome vacation at the Northender! Everything about the property is as listed. We enjoyed the pool, beach, convenience of the golf cart, lots of room to spread out, and property management was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Everyone said this was the best beach vacation we've taken and would like to return! Lots to do in the Miramar/Destin area!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is well stocked with anything you could possible need. The house is very inviting, HUGE and prefect for our family. Highly recommended and we will be back. If possible, earlier check in time have been more convenient.

We rented this house for an extended family trip. It was clean and big and very nice. The living space and layout are great.

The home is absolutely beautiful, but keep in mind the neighborhood is under construction so be prepared for that and the noise that goes with that (and they start early!). We enjoyed having room for everyone and a bathroom for everyone. The house is not a 5 minute walk from the beach. More like a 10-15 minute walk. The golf carts are a must. The kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, silverware but it would have been nice to have another skillet. We like to cook and there was only a medium and a small skillet, but we improvised and had a wonderful time in a beautiful home!

This is a brand new home (2022) and everything was perfect. All rooms except one have King size beds. Comfortable for our group. We would have liked a few rooms with 2 beds instead of all King size. The home setup is great for a big group. The hot tub was a nice surprize.

Beautiful new home with great accommodations. We had 8 adults and 3 children with plenty of room for more! The golf cart was a great addition and so much fun to drive to the local restaurants, beach and stores. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. My family and I will definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family vacation spot. Close to several restaurants and short distance to an amazing beach.
