Very comfortable and well-appointed home with great location!

This property met all our expectations. It offered a wonderful set up for a family with an amazing master BR and bath. Kitchen was very well stocked with modern appliances, condiments and utensils. TV was great for family viewing. Only difficulty was the driveway and path down to the main road which was steep and not easy to navigate. Could have liked one more TV in BR so that those with different selections could also enjoy. But all in all, a great vacation spot.

This family of four (college-aged kids) loved this place. Its walkable to town with great views of the bay. The property manager was great too. We'll be back to this great place!

This lovely home embodies the essence of Orcas Island, boasting stunning views and walkable proximity to Eastsound. Our group enjoyed abundant space to unwind and relax. The house is furnished with all the necessities. We have now visited twice with plans to return in the future. Sherri, the exceptional property manager, consistently exceeds expectations. She is incredibly personable, responsive, and has an unmatched ability to ensure everything is flawless. Whenever we plan a trip, we always check her properties for availability first, confident that our experience will be nothing short of amazing.

I couldn’t have imagined a better stay than Cool Breeze. As soon as we opened the front door we were in utter amazement at how spacious and sparkling clean everything was. Right away we felt comfortable putting our 9 month old boys on the floor. I usually don’t like to rely on using a rental property grill because everyone I’ve ever encountered needed cleaning, but the grill on this property was sooo clean! The beds were super comfortable with high quality linens. Checkout was a breeze and we really appreciated the little bit of extra time to let my twin grandsons finish their naps and get ready to hit the road. Next time I visit Orcas I hope Cool Breeze is available! Thank you to Sherri for all your gracious communication!

Great mid-island retreat
This house really does offer a great mid-island location, with privacy and peek-a-boo water views through the trees. Loved that we were also a really a quick walk from town. Well appointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for our family of 5
Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 10, 13, 14) had a lovely 4 day vacation on Orcas. This house configured perfectly for our crew and provided a wonderful base for our adventures. The weather was beautiful and so we really enjoyed the easy access to the large back deck.

Cool Breeze
My family had a great time at the house. The location was great. We especially loved how well stocked it was with towels, blankets, tupperware, salt and pepper. So nice not to have to buy the little things. And the house was so clean and well taken care of. Thanks for such a wonderful staty
