Originally, I wanted a house on the beach side but couldn’t find one that suited our needs. Went ahead and booked this house on the bay side and we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed the house. So much to do! The paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the pool with the bay in the background. It was perfect! House is roomy, clean and the management is very responsive and caring. We did have an A/C issue in the upstairs bedrooms, they came out right away and tried to fix it the best they could, but it wasn't going to get resolved until after we left due to parts, so they did give us some compensation which was a kind gesture. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow!! What an absolutely beautiful location!!! This house is perfectly appointed with everything you need for an amazing family vacation. The house is gorgeous. The pool/hot tub is so very relaxing. The ability to utilize the golf carts makes getting around town so easy. I can’t imagine anything else that would need to be added. This place is literally perfect. Because of the elevator, we were able to bring family members that would normally not be able to enjoy a vacation like this. We hope to come back!! Thank you for helping us make family memories that we will cherish.

Beautiful home on the bay. High-end finishes. Not a standard cookie cutter Beach House for rent. Great amenities, including the golf carts that are included. Had a child that broke his leg one week before the scheduled trip so the elevator was a great benefit. Would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous property! We were hoping for better weather to enjoy Pensacola but the house was beautiful and so we were able to really enjoy being together inside. Chris was very attentive and prompt with any questions we had. Thanks for sharing this beautiful palace!

Palacio de Panferio is a wonderful property for a family vacation. The owners have thought of everything. Pool and hot tub overlooking Santa Rosa Sound, kayaks, golf carts, all the amenities one would need for a memorable family vacation. There is even a high chair and pack and play for a toddler! Book this for a family vacation - relas at the beach or go into town. Highly recommend.

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palacio de Panferio. The house is definitely a palace and came as advertised. The view of the bay is beautiful, and the ocean was just a couple minutes away via the golf carts. We spent a lot of time on the huge patio and in the pool and hot tub. Everything about the inside of the house was top notch as well. Thank you for giving our family the gift of a great vacation!

Perfect house for a family vacation! Lots of room/space for everyone to hang out together. The kids LOVED the heated pool. They said it was the best vacation ever!! Huge kitchen with lots of space for cooking meals. The elevator is perfect for my dad who uses a wheelchair and cannot climb stairs. Plenty of things to do when we had a day of rain. Fast communication from Kevin. Also loved the location (near shopping and restaurants)- we will definitely be back! This house has it all.

Stayed at Palacio de Panferio for a family vacation and it could not have been any better! Very spacious, clean and beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for. We loved the view out the windows and the balconies of the pool and sound, and really enjoyed just hanging around the house swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, kayaking and paddle boarding. It was the perfect place for both children and adults and we were all sad when it was time to leave! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and having the laundry room was very helpful. The gulf beach, just a short walk away is beautiful -- clear blue water and white, soft sand. We had fun riding bikes and checking out the area on the very cool golf carts. There are many restaurants and things to do close by, if you even want to leave the house! Can't say enough what a great time we had and how much we enjoyed this lovely home and location.

This place was awesome!! Everything you need is there for your enjoyment. You cannot go wrong with this house. It was unanimous between myself and my family that this is now our favorite vacation home.

This house was absolutely the best house I have stayed in on Pensacola Beach. Having a beach in the backyard, pool, hot tub, dock, and the gulf is a short golf cart right away brings together everything you need. The golf carts made it convenient and fun to travel around the island. The beds were very comfortable, and every morning, each room wakes up with a view of the water. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We loved watching football from the bar off the pool. I can't say enough about this place. We will be back!

The house and management team were amazing !!!! Chris and Kevin run an amazing operation, both responsive and professional. The house was incredible for myself and my family. Honestly most of us never went to the beaches in town as there was so much to do at the house with the dock, small beach at the back of the house and of course the pool, hot tub and balconies …… the home was well stocked with everything you need to make the best memories

Great place to stay right on the water. Tons of things to do at the house including kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, air hockey, pool, hot tub, and 2 golf carts make a trip to beach or restaurants take just a couple of minutes. Had issue with air conditioner our first night that was quickly taken care of. Had a great time with family coming in from all over the country.

Beautiful family stay & wedding reception
We just recently stay the last week in this beautiful home. We were looking for the perfect place for all of our bridesmaids to stay and hangout and relax before our wedding day. The house is absolutely stunning and had many perks to come along with it! The infinity pool was gorgeous, bar area, lounge area, pool tables, kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, golf carts, beach towels and more!!! They had everything you could need and want in the house already waiting.
The views of the water (Sunrise & Sunset) from every bedroom are breath taking!
We had our wedding reception here after, very small about 45/50 people in total. It was a PERFECT space to have our family and friends celebrate us and enjoy a night of dancing & good food and amazing views!!
We will absolutely be making this home a yearly vacation spot to relive the memories we made there!!!

One regret.....
Joe and Sony Steier have created a paradise on Pensacola Beach, Florida. Beautiful decor throughout. Hot tob and endless pool, listening to my own Spotify on Sonos. Provided paddle boards and 2 street licensed golf carts. Too much to list what provided a perfect relaxing vacation for my family. Only one regret...I regret reserving only 7 days.....I need more time in this paradise!!!

AMAZING Property
The house was clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to fix meals and relax. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We ordered groceries to be delivered from Publix and also door dashed some meals. Perfect for large groups!!!!

Beautiful view
We are the first guests to stay at the property and we loved the ambiance and ocean view.
Chris is easily reachable over the phone and I really appreciate his effort to make sure we are happy guests and even offered us a welcome kit as a courtesy for the first guests. Few things we enjoyed most are balcony view, hot pool and golf carts . Overall it was a great experience in staying at this property and made great memories. I highly recommend this property and certainly it is 5 ⭐️.
