This flat is in the perfect location, lovely walk in to town and very quiet! Lots of toys which was a lovely surprise

We had a lovely stay in Margate. The flat was just what we needed for our short stay and was well equipped for a family stay. The location was really good and was only a short stroll into town. We would definitely return in the future.

Well located spacious apartment perfect for families. Lovely host. We all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. Would of been nice to have the outdoor space made accessible. Could be a nice area to sit.

Great little bolthole - everything we needed nice touches like coffee and tea and milk. Great reading material. Great location easy access to Margate. Even a guitar too strum! If you want a base this is ideal. The only negative comment would be, a little more care could be taken with the small garden area. A coffee outside in the morning would have been fab, notwithstanding that highly recommended.

Found this place as an emergency swap out for where we were staying and i cant fault the property owner for her kindness, genorosity and understanding during our stay. The accomodation was actually as it is pictured and comfortable and clean which is what anyone really wants. Was able to park easily outside the property and 5 minute walk from the main high street should you want to go to a local Cafe and Aldi is just across the road. Great views of the ocean and seeing the boats go by on a sunday is relaxing. Wish I had foud this place before the other one.

I wouldn’t recommend this place it’s a bit too far from the city. Also the place was clean to look at but had loads of little flies bugs. Also I didn’t get the code when we booked I had to call them and they didn’t answer the phone straight away so that was annoying as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

Comfortable and family friendly apartment. Very practical. I did have a problem trying to unlock the front door as it seemed counter-intuitive, but no one else did.
Within walking distance of everything, and especially close to the beach.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! There was everything we needed and more!!!! The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into what guests need, right down to beach towels and a bowl full of various charging wires!!
It’s a perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the busier seafront and was quiet at night.
We would definitely stay there again!!

The home is spacious, cosy, clean and efficient. It was easy to use and a lovely environment to be in. The beach and sunset views from outside the apartment were amazing.

Really great comms in advance of booking and check in. Lots of nice unexpected extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Exceptionally clean and well decorated throughout. The bench in the kitchen is a nice area to sit. We hope to visit again. Thanks again Melody.

Had such a lovely time away, Melody was so helpful from the minute we booked, answered all queries/recommendations in a matter of minutes, such a helpful host...she has such a lovely little property...we could've stayed longer!! If we're ever planning on visiting Margate again, this will definitely be the place for us to stay...20 minute walk from the station, 5 minutes to to the beach, also pretty much local to shops etc...thank you Melody xx

This flat is in a fantastic location, the host provided some little touches such as food/drink in fridge etc and toys for the children that we really appreciated.

The perfect birthday girly retreat!
We honestly couldn't have asked for more the flat was perfect for our needs and Melody is such a kind and attentive host, who came back to me instantly on any questions I asked and really went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable! The flat was very clean and a perfect location, so close to the beach and with free parking outside! Thank you!!!
