Beautiful place. Gorgeous surroundings. We had a wonderful week in the sun. Views were amazing. Road up to the house was a bit white knuckle in places but once you were there it was all forgotten. We had a Nissan juke and it managed fine. Kassiopi was also fantastic - had everything we needed, lovely beaches (pebbly), shops, food markets, friendly locals and the coastal views were beautiful. Host was great, electric problem one morning which also affected the water pump. Very responsive to messages and within a couple of hours it was sorted with an electrician calling in to replace a part. We would definitely go back - we loved our stay.

Villa Thea is really amazing. So much space, the view is breathtaking and there is a great outdoor kitchen and bbq. It’s so comfertable and we loved it here so much. You can easily walk down to the village which has loads of restaurants it’s 30 minutes down hill, but we always got a taxi back up which was about 15 EUR. I would just advise that guests need to buy their own coal, fire lighters and matches, as we didn’t have any and there isn’t shops close by (you would need to go to the village). There also wasn’t oil, salt, pepper on arrival so we couldn’t cook easily, but they did bring some the next day Overall an amazing stay and highly recommend. The pool is great and the whole estate is stunning. Thank you!

Thea Estate exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than on the pictures. It was also absolutely sparkling clean! The estate is very spacious and the views are stunning. A perfect place to relax with friends and family! The host is incredibly responsive and when we had an electricity problem on Saturday night (!) he sent an electrician who arrived within 15 minutes of me contacting the host. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends had an amazing time in this villa in Kassiopi. The two houses were perfect for 7 people, each room had its own bathroom which was definitely a plus. It was clean and we got everything we needed, towels and bed sheets. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to cook whatever we wanted. One of the highlights for us, was definitely the view as well as the pool area with a dining table, a grill area and a refrigerator. One thing to be careful about is the drive up to the villa. It's serpentines going up a small way. But we made it with our VW Transporter so it's manageable for sure. The cleaning lady came by once during our one week trip which ensured a clean house. We definitely recommend!

What a fabulous place. We were 8 friends celebrating a birthday and it couldn't of been more perfect. Every detail has been thought through and was super comfortable, private and felt like home after day one. We even had massages in the olive grove and the pool area with the bar and fridge were perfect. The road up to the estate is great fun albeit first time may be a little scary. Kassiopi is a fabulous village and Nico's grocery store is awesome - you can email them and they will deliver, they even put everything in the fridge for us before we arrived. Perfect Holiday!

House and Location was very good but the street to the house was very bad. Here some points they hopefully can help for improvement A recommendation for a Jeep would be nice. We had noise from construction. They also damaged the street more and more. Not all Equipment mentioned was available, e.g Pizza oven, dryer Less Kirchen Equipment. Only one pan for both houses and 4 plates in main house. We had a beatiful stay and would also recommend the property or book again.

Beautiful estate with the most extraordinary views. The local area and people are fantastic!The Eos team communicate efficiently. They helped book our airport transfers and taxis throughout the holiday. We would highly recommend staying here :)

This villa has everything - such a wonderful view, lovely outdoor seating and dining at the side of a beautiful pool, and it is completely on its own. The two houses have been sympathetically converted, and the outside space is really well landscaped and planted out. The olive press itself is a thing of real beauty. The house was sparkling clean. Unusually for a holiday villa, it has been very well equipped for those who want to cook at home. The outside barbecue area is lovely, and there's an extra fridge there for drinks. Mind you, having the two kitchens - one in each house - makes things tricky rather than easier, so we ended up moving most of the equipment into the main house. Lovely bathrooms and showers, great bedlinen and the mid-week change and clean is most welcome. Thoroughly recommended. Admittedly the road to the villa is a bit daunting the first time you do it in a hire car, but the locals career up and down it, so you learn to too! Pity we hit a duff week of weather in late September, but we can't blame the villa for that.
