Place is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants. We stayed here with another family; we were in town for softball. Stay was pleasant just a few things that need attention. Furniture and rugs could use a deep cleaning. Cleanliness could have been made more thorough, upstairs appliances were dirty, the basement was as if it had not been cleaned for some time. For a stay as long as ours, I just wished we had access to cleaning products or a vacuum. Amenities/Toiletries are standard, kitchen and bathrooms have your basic needs. Communication with host was great, he's been made aware of the concerns, he's had issues with receiving payment through VRBO and reached out to me, so far, we are still working on this and VRBO has been great and guiding me.

Very responsive to all concerns and addressed them promptly

I was in total disbelief when I read the other Sept post, sounded just like our experience. This place was a hot mess! All 5 bedrooms had dirty sheets; 4 bathrooms with dirty towels all over. The laundry room was full of dirty towels & sheets that had clearly been there a while. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes (we washed all of the plates/cups/utensil just to be safe); trash bins all full. The refrigerator had full dry crusty spilt milk w/dirt and hair at the bottom (cleaned that ourselves too). I have pictures! Justin was quick to respond and offered a cleaner or another property (too small for our group). Emergency cleaners were very nice, and equally shocked by the condition of the place. I spent all night washing 5 full sets of bedding down to the mattress pads & at least 20 towels (excluding the dried-out stuff left in the washer & thank goodness for the detergent) so we could sleep and shower. Hot tub was disgusting (supposedly cleaned each Monday). Kitchen/deck were nice. Looked like someone was living there and dashed out the back when we arrived (shoes on the deck). Justin agreed to refund the cleaning fee & 1 night rent, hasn't happened yet; will be contacting VRBO. W left the place neat; had no checkout instructions! I have never left a bad review, but this deserved it. Clean the place regularly! If you are going to be a property manager, then manage the property and visit your rentals!! I don't drink, but thanks to whoever left all the beer, I needed it!

When i walked into the property i was greeted with dirty, wet towels in every room. Trash from the last guests was on the floor in two of the bedrooms. The beds were messy and the sheets were not clean. I have pictures of all of this. There was even a dirty towel on the back porch. In order to have clean towels my family had to do their own. At least there was laundry detergent. I had to message the owner just hours before check-in in order to get check-in instructions. Ill be asking VRBO for at least my cleaning fee back because this place was BY FAR the most unclean stay I have had from this site. It was nasty, I believe someone had just left the property becauase the bathroom downstairs smelled like someone had just taken a shower. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one was necessary. I paid for a mess and I am not happy about it. Justin spoke of a "cleaning crew". As far as i have seen the "cleaning crew" doesn't exist. And in his instructions he spoke of "heavy fees" assessed for certain things. Justin needs to assess them to himself for his lack of control of the property. And then FIRE his "cleaning crew".

We stayed here with our family of 4 and another family of 4, and it was perfect! Great location with tons of kid-friendly restaurants nearby. It was perfect, clean and comfortable!

We were in the Denver area for softball and this house fit 3 families perfectly. It was located withing 20 minutes of the fields we played at and good restaurants and shopping. The kids had the basement to themselves and the adults enjoyed the upstairs and back deck.

Overall, the property was in a nice location that was able to accommodate all of the guests. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of this property since it smelled like weed. The host was responsive and offered to send the cleaner over to clean more, but there really wasn’t much they were going to be able to do to get the smell out of the bedrooms and towels. Not a huge deal to our group, but would not recommend this property if you and your family are not 4/20 friendly.

House is much bigger than it appears from the street. 5queen beds, 3 baths. Everything in the house is new and high end, particularly for a rental property. Excellent kitchen, very nice porch off the kitchen. Patio and yard are very good. This is definitely the nicest property we have rented. Only negatives- no extra towels- housekeeper left a bunch in the dryer which we found on checkout. We are old fashioned and would have liked a handbook on the house - is there Wi-Fi, use of the TV, extra towels, etc. Would definitely recommend and come back if we have the need.
