What a beautiful house, the hot tub and pool were great. The views looking over the Columbia River were beautiful. The house was well stocked, with lots of extras. The house is only 10 minutes from downtown Lake Chelan. We had a great time and we will be back.

The home was quite comfortable for our family and very convenient to downtown Chelan and Walmart. The house does need a new Weber BBQ.

All of us had the best time in this gorgeous house with a spectacular view. Kids had a blast too. We will come back for sure and highly recommend to give this place a shot!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of friends. We were four families with kids and teens. There were beds for all and plenty of space for relaxing together or spreading out. The teenagers loved the bonus room and the kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. It was clean, comfortable (minus the mattresses being a bit firm for our taste), and well appointed with everything we needed. It’s a short drive to Walmart and downtown Chelan. The neighborhood was super quiet. It only would have been more perfect if we were there during pool season! We would definitely rent again!

This home was generously stocked, and very accommodating for a group of 14. We have a very diverse group aged 29 thru 65. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Wish we could have disarmed the alarm on the sliding glass door. Understood the premise, but with a group of adults it would have been nice to not have the alarm.

Compared to AirBnB this place was so much more affordable yet had more bedrooms and amenities like a private pool (which was hands down the best feature of the place) and riverfront view. Location was private and perfect for my team retreat, soooo many beds so each person got their own, incredible showers with so many jets, clean and well decorated. I love that check out was simple and didn’t require us to do very much except turn on the dishwasher. We were a group of 9 co-workers and this space was ideal.

This house is big and beautiful and every item is here for a carefree gathering. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, and the inside was the cleanest of any house I’ve ever rented. The view is gorgeous and peaceful. Only 10 minutes to Chelan. Vacasa was in touch at just the right times. The kitchen serving dishes were wonderful, appliances were upscale, and plenty of silverware. The rooms are set out in a manner that is great for a large group. So many areas to hang out! There is a trundle bed in every bedroom! At the end of the week, we certainly did not want to leave.

My husband and I spent our 25th anniversary in this beautiful home 11/10/21 We had a great time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Some of the pots and pans were not quite clean but that was it. Everything else was very clean. The house was well stocked with all utensils needed to cook and plenty of glasses and dishes for a large group. Just remember to bring everything else no spices or even salt and pepper provided or tinfoil/ plastic wrap. The hot tub was clean and hot. We enjoyed waking up to deer in the yard. Also check the windows before you go to bed every window except two in the entire house were unlocked even the ones in the garage. The main floor laundry room has a septic smell seems like maybe a venting issue. Over all we were pleased and would definitely rent this home again

River Breeze
We liked the home and enjoyed our stay but we had to do some cleaning of the jetted tub and the home wasn't as clean as we would have liked. It could use a major clean of cabinets, doors and trim.

Excellent home!!!
We pretty much enjoyed everything. The views, space, amenities everything. We anticipated flies because of river in the backyard but it was more than what we have expected. Little activate when needed nets to cover the patio could have prevented too many insects while using the patio tables. That could have added the fifth star. Still it worth the money spent and we loved this place

We had an opportunity to vacation at this house 4 nights. The view from the back through the large windows facing the Columbia River was marvelous. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house is spacious and offers privacy for groups. The kitchen is laid out well and nicely appointed which made meal prep enjoyable. The upstairs suite offers additional privacy. The hot tub combined with the view was so relaxing! We went wine tasing in Chelan just a few minutes away. Just staying at the house and chilling was the best part! We are looking forward to coming again!
