All appliances are new, the cabin is in good condition and is clean, It's a quiet neighborhood. There's a nice yard with room to walk a dog.

The cottage was gorgeous - clean and welcoming, with a location that was incredibly convenient for us. Owners were friendly and helpful, with great communication and truly above and beyond service.

This darling little house is perfect for a single, couple, or small family. Looking somewhat rustic from the outside, indoors is all modern convenience. The host included lovely touches like snacks near the tv and wine and chocolates in the bedroom. He maintained good communication and answered questions quickly. The only drawback to the layout of the house is that you have to walk across the living room to get from the bedrooms to the bathroom. This didn't bother me since I was by myself. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of vacation getaway!

Very pleased with my four night stay here. Up-to-date kitchen with all the amenities, nice bedrooms, a gas fireplace which kept the place quite warm, more than adequate bathroom, nice property and a firepit outside. Excellent location, near what you need but also very quiet. Host provided excellent touches above and beyond. The next time I visit Gainesville, this will be the first place I check.

This location is very convenient to a lot of things but situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property is very clean and well maintained. I have stayed here twice with no issues. A very pleasant experience.

This rental is the cleanest and decorated the cutest of all the rentals we’ve had!
It was so comfortable feeling and the bed was perfect. Coming from someone with major back issues, that really says something.
The snacks and treats Paul left for us were a nice surprise and really appreciated!
We stayed here while visiting family in the area and I would highly recommend it !

Stayed here to visit some family in the area for Christmas. The area was quiet and the cottage was clean, so I have no complaints outside of one minor one.
The outside floodlight seems to be really sensitive. Like it will also notice you if you open the door to step out of the master bedroom. Had an issue one night where it came on and stayed on pretty much the whole night (ruining my sleep for that night). Recommend to the owner of the property to look at that or install blackout curtains (honestly should anyway in case you are jet lagged and want to sleep in).
Other than that, no other issues or complaints over the property and stay.

Paul’s cottage was a wonderful place to stay while in town visiting family. Clean, cute, and was even decorated for the holidays. Excellent alternative to a hotel stay. Highly recommend.

Loved this place! It’s such a cute little home, the kitchen was a dream to cook in, bed was 10/10 comfortable! No complaints at all! Stayed for 6 days, could have stayed longer!

I took my Boston Terrier with me, the yard and neighborhood is good for dog walking. The cabin has been restored with all new appliances and is beautiful. It's a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to from HWY 129.

This place is perfect for a couple or a couple of friends. It offers just what you need and is convenient to many areas. Their attention to detail is impeccable and the cleanliness was outstanding.

It was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was Immaculate, welcome book had all the info necessary and lit well when I came back late at night. Even DEER in the yard! If I could I would have BOUGHT the bed and pillows in the main bedroom. I wish I knew what kind they were! I would love to go back next. year

This place is great. Close to the lake and the town but in the middle of nowhere. The cabin is very comfortable with a cozy fireplace. The appliances are great and the shower is super! There is a gas fireplace and an outside fire pit (with wood of course). The place is small so heats up and/or cools down quickly. Owners thought of everything and keep the place in excellent condition. Even the dog loved the house/area. A short car ride takes you to Helen or to a winery - great central location for day trips.

Spotlessly clean and adorable property. We enjoyed s’mores at the campfire and the indoor fireplace too! Plenty of towels and household supplies for our 4 night stay. High end RL linens and Ugg blankets kept us cozy at night. Peaceful walk down the trail to sit on the dock to enjoy a book. So relaxing! 5 stars

We had an amazing stay in this sweet little cabin! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, shiny and spotless. It smells so clean and everything looks brand new. Paul and his wife even had a live Christmas tree and festive decorations that we enjoyed very much. The fireplace helped keep us warm and snuggly during record cold temperatures. Also, the beds were very comfy. We live in Florida and booked the cabin just to be close to our family Christmas gathering - not really expecting much. But when we arrived, we were so surprised!!! I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Paul was an exceptional host and very responsive. Five Stars all the way!!!!

Beautiful place . Was thinking it was more secluded instead of neighborhood. Glad we didn’t bring paddle boards! Limited seating in living room to view tv. Very thankful for Keurig. Had a Mercer bear alumni with me. Believe she saw owner also was Mercer alumni. Nice drive to Dahlonega. Thanks

Owners were super easy to work with, were responsive to any questions, and made the stay really nice! Traveled for a fairly stressful events but having such a great experience with the lodging made the trip so much better! We will absolutely be back!!
