Andy is an amazing host and has the best home for a family vacation. It had everything we need, Andy thought of every possible detail. And the location is within a short drive to all of the tourist locations. We will definitely book with him in the future

We keep coming back to this property. It is the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family where we can all gather under one roof to make meals, catch up and feel at home. This is a great location in a safe neighborhood with everything we need. We will be back again.

Really nice property. Andy the host was awesome and easy to communicate with. The property was well appointed, close to great restaurants, shopping & entertainment. The neighborhood was quiet & we had a restful stay.

Sherman Oaks is a hidden gem and Andy's home was wonderful! We went to Southern California for a family vacation visiting Universal Studios and a college tour of UCLA. Universal was a quick $15 to $20 Uber ride away, much less $$ and stress than trying to park. UCLA is also about 20 minutes away. Andy's home was perfect for our family of 4. The teenagers had room to spread out on their own, my daughter did not want to leave! The pool was wonderful, we paid exactly what it cost to heat it. Grocery stores were close nearby and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some family meals. Andy was on sight in the guest house in the back, but he was very respectful of our privacy and did not intrude at all. Although we did speak with him a few times and he was a delight! Thank you Andy for sharing your beautiful house with us!

First off Andy is absolutely amazing his place is Amazing everything you need is there!! Not far from LAX. Great neighborhood!! We had an amazing time after disney to unwind. Close by lots of grocery stores and restaurants. Very clean and looks just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend staying there we will definitely be back.

We came to town for about 10 days and it was the perfect home away from home. Super clean, incredible host, ideal location. We will 100% be back.

Andy did such a great job getting the house ready for our visit. The house was immaculate! It was clean and spotless when we arrived. The home was will stocked with all your needs all the way down to the Q-tips!! The beds we’re comfortable. The linens were clean. There’s a TV in every room even the bathroom!! I was really impressed. The pool was a plus. It was clean and well kept. The setting of the yard makes it very private. No nosy neighbors peeking through the fence. The lighting makes it possible to do a late night swim. The house is centrally located. Super close to Universal Studios, Hollywood and a 30 min drive to Santa Monica. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical that Andy lives on property but it was no issue at all. His little home is separated from the main house. Everything is separated and gated. He was no bother at all. There was great communication between Andy and myself. Instructions were well written we had no issues during our stay. This was our first VRBO and Andy has really set the bar high for my next rental. I would definitely recommend this home and if in LA again would stay here again.

This was our second stay at this gorgeous property. The host, Andy, has provided everything I could think of to feel at home. The house feels cozy and safe and is great for family dinners and pool days. We are already looking forward to coming back again.

One of the best decorated and clean houses we have stayed out. Andy was very helpful with answers to questions and even provided some great local tips on places to go and see things. House was perfect and great to come home to a heated pool every day to help the kids wind down. Beds were also super comfortable. House is perfectly situated to hit any/all of the LA area attractions you are looking at.

The stay was amazing at Andy's. The property was very warm and welcoming, and had everything you needed. It was located in a great area, not far from freeway. Andy knew we were coming for College tour with my girls, so he typed up a map for short cuts to get to desired Universities. The pool area and every area of the home was well tended to and decorated with extreme care. My next trip to LA I hope this property is available because it was perfect!!

Was a great stay. The pictures do not do it justice. Home was very clean and easy to check in. Andy is nice and very accommodating. Neighborhood is very nice. Stores and Universal very close.

We just love this property! Andy is so thoughtful and keeps this property absolutely spotless! Every amenity you could imagine is available for you! The neighborhood is lovely with a Whole Foods walking distance away! We have stayed here three times and can’t wait to come again! A short day trip to Malibu is just a bonus, but the pool at the property is truly the best! Thank you Andy!

Andy's home had all the makings for a comfortable stay. We were in town to visit family and enjoyed having the home to cook meals, play board games, and gather around and watch movies together. In warmer temps, the outdoor space would provide the absolute ideal family hang out space. The home was spotless and extremely comfortable. Next time I visit the area I will absolutely be staying here again!

Stayed here bc 1) close to Burbank airport and out of the LA high traffic areas 2) HEATED POOL!!! This house was a great getaway in Sherman Oaks area. House was very quaint and clean. Andy was a phenomenal and responsive host. Very east check in and check out. Everything you need as far as food is not far away at all (10 min drive), beach was easy to get to in Santa Monica and neighborhood was walkable for a stroll. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family of 6 stayed for 4 days for the Rose Bowl. The house had everything we needed, was very clean, in an ideal location to conveniently access downtown LA, Pasadena, and other tourist attractions (Hollywood, Beverly Hills, the beach, etc.), and our experience with the owner was wonderful! If we ever come to Southern California again we would definitely stay here!

I grew up in the area and now live in Hawaii. I wanted to come with my son to visit family. This house is located just 15 minutes from where my Dad lives. My brother was able to drive down and join us for part of our stay. It was the perfect place to have meals, talk story and to reconnect.

The property itself is absolutely immaculate and clean. Super carefully manicured and maintained. The house has every amenity possible including a heated pool. Andy is extremely thorough throughout the entire process and made sure we were beyond comfortable the entire time. Kids enjoyed a pool night, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio, etc. Would 10/10 Recommend!!

The house is immaculate. It is well equipped with everything you need. Even coffee pods are provided. Everything is of high quality. The yard is beautiful. The pool clean and well maintained. The location is good and the neighborhood is safe. The host was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

From start to finish Andy was hands on communicating with us and so accommodating - This was the most adorable house and comfortably fit our family of 6!! It was meticulously clean you could eat off the floors!! The kids had a blast swimming in the pool every night after a long day of adventures in LA. I would recommend this property to anyone plus if you do rent it make sure to do yourself a favor and meet the owner Andy and his sweet dog Trisha - They are simply the best!

What a sweet little home in a wonderful neighborhood. It was perfect for our trip to Disneyland/Universal. Our host was very available and took care of us like we were family. My kids enjoyed the pool and didn't want to leave. Hope to stay here again sometime!

Our family (two adults, kids 14 & 10) spent 5 nights there for spring break trip. Adults worked during the day, wifi was great and neighborhood was quiet for zoom meetings. Kids played in pool during day. Location was perfect to get to Universal Studios, Hollywood, Griffith Park, etc. on nights and weekends. House was perfect for our family of 4. We had enough space to spread out and relax. I would highly recommend staying at this house when in the Los Angeles area.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood, Andy is a wonderful host, home was so clean, nice furniture/decor, very user friendly-instructions everywhere, comfy beds, loved the professional stove, kids loved the heated pool, can't wait to go back!!
