The home was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. We had two toddlers and it was nice that they had a baby gate on one set of the stairs and we had a gate for the other set which made it easier to not worry about the kids. The only complaints was upon arrival we did find beer cans from previous tenants in the closet and there were lots of aunts around the pool, but nothing terrible.

Our stay was great but could have been better. The pool filter was not working properly because the water was a little murky not clear like the neighboring pools. The code locking mechanism on the door malfunctioned on the second night of our stay. Called customer service in order for them to give us the code for the physical key which was in a small lock box itself. Other than that, everything else was a pleasant experience.

The house was clean, we had enough towels for everyone. The pool was also clean and the are is perfect to walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious and restrooms are also clean. Garage game room was great for the kids. We sure did a workout with the stairs. LOL I will for sure book again.

We rented this home to attend a local wedding. The location of this home is incredibly convenient. The beach is a 3 min walk and the home is easy access to the grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants (and daiquiri stand).
We found the size of the home perfect for our group. There is plenty of room for everyone to sleep. If you plan to stay a long visit, there are provisions you may want to bring. There are no renter 'leftovers' in this house. If you think you'll need it (ziploc, foil, cling wrap, coffee filters, etc.), bring it with you. Loads of space to store groceries and snacks.
Having the pool available out back was awesome. We loved having the private space to float and socialize.
Overall, we had a great week with our friends and family. We all slept well and were kept plenty cool. This home was a perfect landing pad after all of our activities and fun. Thanks for having us!

Very tidy and lovely condo equipped with everything you need. Lots of room with many bed, 3 full baths with one half bath restroom. The best part of our stay was how close it was to the beach, 2 minute walking distance, plus the pool and whirlpool was super clean and completed our stay. We had a great time at South Padre and will definitely come back to this place!

The townhouse was great. It was clean and the location was pretty central and it was a short walk to the beach. Our only complaint is that the hot tub took hours to warm up (like 3+). Other than that we loved the house and would love to come back next year!

Toaster wasn’t working, few plug ins were not working, living room TV led screen is damaged. Main entry door needs to be changed.

We loved our stay here! This home had everything we needed, and the prop manager was extremely nice and helpful! Smooth check in and out process. I am definitely going to refer family and friends to stay here. I will also stay here again next time I come to the beautiful Padre Island!

Our family stayed for 4 nights and it was such a great house! The pool at the end of a hot beach day, the spa to end the evening was amazing. The home sleeps 17, we had 12 people in our party and there was plenty of room. Beach within walking distance, right near the main road close to everything! We will definitely return! Stay… you won’t regret it.

Loved our time at the condo. Very spacious and clean, pool is refreshing and hot tube even in the Texas heat was great for lounging. Location was close to the beach so we were able to walk back and forth as needed. Plenty of activities for the kids to play and plenty of toys for the beach. 100% recommend if your looking for a great place to stay in SPI

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. We enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The house was very clean and so was the pool we didn't bother with the hot tub to see if it was working but other than that my family had a great time in the pool. The beach was only a block away. The travel distance to restaurants and retail stores were near by. The place did have a grill only it was too small so we brought ours. My adult kids enjoyed the pool table in the garage. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for everything ❤️ SPI SUMMER 2022

The property is in a good location.
- Pool is not cleaned when we arrived and there was no update/answer from property management
- Kitchen dishwasher was broken and is not working
- lower room did not get hot water and one of the tub is clogged.

Family fun in Padre Island
Cute 3story townhome a short half block from the beach was the perfect place for our large extended family to spend spring break! Open concept kitchen is a perfect place for everyone to pitch in on meals. Lots of covered deck space adds to the living and dining area. But the crown jewel is the hot tub and pool sheltered by a high fence, which is perfect for windy March. The house is thoughtfully stocked, but grocery and fast food are walking distance as well. A couple of repairs were handled quickly and we were fairly compensated for the inconvenience. We would love to stay here again!
